Not a good day today. Five people sat outside. The one person other than myself sat inside was a member of staff who appeared to be doing the books. Two notices on view. One saying the fridge wasn't working and the other saying they had not oat milk. They don't take Starbuck's scheme because they are franchised. Of the two people behind the counter one spoke to tell me this. The other one even forgot to smile when I thanked her for the coffee.

Excellent service, coffee superb but noisy as in the foyer of a large cinema.

5p extra for a takeaway cup, but they don't do normal mugs and they don't price that up on the menu board and you don't find out until they tell you!

It's only 5p but...... so I took extra napkins, straws and sugar, I know it might be petty but I felt a little robbed.

Plus swearing heard from the staff room, glad I didn't have my 7yo with me.

Won't be coming here again.

Very nice, enjoyed a soy chai latte which was alright. Right next to the cinema so can be a little busy

Note that this franchise doesn't take Starbuck App at all (so no bean collection, no free drinks, no free extras), plus they charge around 10 to 15% more than other nearby Starbucks.

Small concession as part of the Cineworld Complex.

Always good to take in a drink for a film or just whilst I am waiting for someone in the leisure park.

Sometimes limited in stock, but always pleasant and courteous.

Great service but normal drinks and food..

Was recommended a Hazelnut Hot Chocolate and it was absolutely disgusting!!!! Threw the whole thing straight in the bin.
