Will not be returning unfortunately - After reading reviews, I wanted to try this place. Every time, it was packed (must be good right?) so I made an appointment. I still waiting 45 minutes (after my appointment time). The staff was far too few for the number of people there. The girls and guys were working non stop to try and get people in and out as fast as possible. My nails were rushed, they look horrible honestly…. It was cheap ($50 for dip nails) - but my nails still look terrible. I do not at all blame the tech who did my nails!! She was exhausted and I could tell she was stressed with trying to rush and get everyone done as fast as possible. My nails are scuffed, not the same shape, one is curled upwards, and just messy/rushed

Always have a great experience at Star Nails! They are so talented and always go above and beyond to execute shape and design! Love these they recently did for a special event

I have been going here for years and have been seeing Ivy for at least a year now. I love everything she does! The past few times i’ve gone, i’ve given her the freedom to do whatever she wanted. I cannot recommend her enough!

My first time going to this place and I will say it's very clean and all the staff is nice and I love how my nails came out and the pricing is pretty good. I will definitely be coming back again and recommending this place to my friends.

I have been going to this business for many years, and have always had good service. Ivy is my nail tech and always does a great job. The place is always clean and kept updated. I get pedicures and my nails done. If I am out of town and due for my nails done, I always wait until I get back in the area and go here as I know the quality of service is worth waiting for!

Best manicure I've ever had (and I've had manyyyyyy over the years). Wanted to try a new place. I had an acrylic fill with gel and my daughter just gel nails. Both turned out great. Excellent customer service as well (made appointment and they called me to say I could come earlier if I could).

I walked in... Tom was nothing less then impeccable with his service. Amy created my nails...she's AMAZING! I couldn't ask for a better nail tech to have do my nails! Thank you!
