Usually good service. I didnt have to wait long to be seated but I feel he rushed. Not happy with pedicure this time. Couple of other people were dissatisfied as well that were there. Big toe polish is jacked up. Smh

Good service, but could use a bit tidying.

This place is awful! I'd never go back, maybe only for an eyebrow wax and that's it. The 2 times I've been I waited longer than an hour to be serviced. Then I was serviced my nails came out very poor quality both times I went. Both times they very short staffed...second time the 2 ladies was arguing wot each other, and the lasy that serviced me wouldn't let me use the colors I actually wanted n told me I had to use one of the colors they have provides on the color slates. Then I told her I wanted a full set and kept insisting on giving me a fill in, I did not want that. She put the acrylic on way too thick as well. I won't be going back!

The service here is very good. They also do wonderful work on your nails, toes, and eyebrows. My only complaint is that they are never open when the business hours say they will be open. They may open late or they may not show up at all. I drive all the way from Hoover to get here so you know they are doing a great job and they are my preference. I also don't like the fact that it doesn't matter if you were the first to arrive or not. If they get really busy, they will start bouncing around serving everyone a little at a time so you end up leaving like two and a half hours later. It's best not to come on Fridays or Saturdays because it is their busiest times. Also, the area is a little ratchet so I wouldn't recommend being there after dark. Despite the area, and the professionalism, this is always my go to place for my nails, toes, and eyebrows because their work is professional quality.

I didn't have a problem getting the service i needed and wasn't pressured into getting something else. The shop is clean and you don't get the vibes that the people are laughing at u in another language. Everyone was so respectful. I love them. For $35.00 i got 5 star service!!! ????

My pedicure was amazing but the lady that did my manicure didn’t do it right, it was like she was rushing and when I asked her can she trim my nails down because they were very uneven she told me I had to pay 25 extra dollars with an attitude. If you do come here I advice you to go with the males and not the lady unless she’s taking her time.

I've been going here for over 10 years and I will only go here from now on, me and my mother tried a new place with amazing service and personality but they did a horrible job, I came here for the removal since they just would not come off, even fixed my moms cracked nails with an over lay of acrylic that were also the cause of her trying to take them off by herself. Wonderful. Service, only go here I'll be returning for a full set asap. Love the owner and their family!

This was my first time coming here. The person who did my nails was very nice and talkative. They are very inexpensive in my opinion because I'm usually paying $30-$40 in Nashville. The only thing I didn't like was that he rushed a little bit but my nails were still perfect
