I love going here for my manicures and pedicures. Great service, wonderful staff. They can handle large groups. Both my daughters and their wedding parties had manis and pedis. So fun to all be together. They also do eyebrow waxing.
I went there for a long time prior to moving away. I came back and it's definitely changed, and not in a good way. My appointment was at 11,wasn't even acknowledged for almost a half hour. When I was finally sat the young lady doing my nails was uncooperative and seemed inconvenienced at anything I had requested. She refused to do any design that I had asked, and my acrylic came out almost an inch thick. She said they don't do a top coat at that location as well...odd.
Very unfortunate experience and I won't be returning, despite being the regular nail place I used to go to.

The business Instagram page followed me so i was interested in trying the salon. I called at 12:15pm and the woman told me on the phone that they were busy and to come in at 12:45
I came five minutes early and waited 30 minutes. Ppl who walked in AFTER ME were getting serviced. If they have just been honest and said that there was a wait, that would’ve been fine. But to have me wait WITH AN APPOINTMENT and to have five ppl get serviced before me IS NOT OKAY!
I go to this salon monthly for a pedicure. I have had great luck and have always been satisfied! However, the last couple times I've gone, I have had to waid an insane amount of time for someone to begin on my pedicure. I usually get seated, but will sit with my feet in the water for up to 45 minutes. This past time I went, they only painted half of one of my toenails. It may seem trivial, but when you pay $65+, it should be done well in my opinion. I won't be going back.
I loved this place, until an employee I have been to twice now had been extremely rude to me. Arguing with me on the color I chose. Told me he had to do a full set because I didn’t know what I was talking about. I wanted a color and he didn’t listen and continued to argue with me. My nails are crooked, and super thick. This happened twice.when I tried to be friendly with him he ignored me and rushed through the service. When He rang me up I was charged for a full set when I booked a fill, And he was very rude.
As a stylist in town, I would never refer anyone to star nails as long as he is employed there. Terrible customer service on his behalf. I hope he isn’t there much longer so I can give star nails my business again someday.
But I must add, The rest of the staff is very friendly.
Very nice place but should be for what they charge. I felt rushed and unappreciated as a client. Had a fill and was charged $70 - never paid this much ever even for a new set. The gal that did my fill was constantly answering phone, making appointments, greeting clients. My fill was thick and uneven. I was rushed out of there in order for them to fill next chair. I called back and complained and gal on phone didn't seem to have the time to talk to me and to make it right. I will never go there again or recommend them to any one. TERRIBLE COSTOMER SERVICE.
I wouldn’t pick any other place! They are all so nice and respectful. They are fast and amazing at their art! I recommend!!!
