I will not be returning to this salon and I do not recommend. First problem - there are three advertised levels of pedicures on their menu of services but no documented distinction between them. I wanted a simple pedicure but was told I had to pay for the deluxe (most expensive) after starting my service. This was because I had shellac on my toes and the regular does not cover the removal. Second - the trimming was very painful. A day later, my toes are still sore and I have scabs. Third - I have had ingrown toenail surgery twice on my big toes. I continue to struggle with their growth and I felt “shamed” for their condition.
The one star is because my nails on both visits looked great and lasted. However my first visit they clipped little close and I thought whatever it happens. The second time however. In spite of me jerking my hand as it was painful the technician kept on. Made me bleed. No apology not even a word. It’s been 4 days and my thumbs are still numb. Really!?!?! I’ve never had this happen at any other salon. The tech suggested a dip. Which like I said does look great but it was painful. Plus all she did was remove the old polish and apply the dip. No hand massage nothing. All done she says????????‍♀️I won’t be back. It was to be a treat day. Relaxing. And it wasn’t. Plus dip cost more.
Highly recommend Amy, she did an amazing job with my acrylic nails and design. Will definitely be going back for my fill!
Made an appointment for 3 pedicures after calling 5 other places, and now I know why they were the only place that had chairs available! Just a disaster from the start! I got in the chair after a woman they were finishing up and they barely wiped out the bowl before telling me to get in. Then the tech proceeded to hack at my cuticles without any oil or water or anything! It hurt the entire time and she pretended not to notice. She started painting my nails and when she was just about finished I looked down and saw that my big toe was bleeding and SHE PAINTED OVER THE BLOOD!!! Only stopping to do something about it when I obviously noticed it. I will for sure never be back and highly encourage anyone reading this to never go.
I never do reviews- I usually just let it go. But….I would not recommend this salon for a pedicure. I had a bad experience once before and thought I’d try one more time. I went in, there were only 2 other customers getting their nails done, they sat me in a pedi chair and the water was luke warm at best. I sat for 45 minutes and took my feet out of the water because they were getting gross and the water was officially cold. The lady came and told me to put me feet back in- when I explained it was cold and my feet needed a break from the water she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. (At that point I should have just left.) I continued to wait- she did my pedicure very rushed and the pushed so hard onto one of my nail beds I pulled back and just asked that she not push so hard with the tool, she got mad and said it didn’t hurt. I couldn’t wait to be done. I won’t be going back.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
My daughter and I had pedicure appointments for 3:30. They sat us in chairs with cold water for 45 minutes! No one checked on us to see if we needed anything. A guy came and said it would be about 10-15 minutes and he proceeded to start working with other women that just walked in!
I said we would not wait anymore. I asked for a towel to dry my cold feet off and they wouldn’t even give me one!! This is by far the WORST place I’ve ever been! I would give 0 stars!!
I made an appointment ahead of time just to get my acrylic nails off before school the next day. I walked in at my appointment time and sat for 30 mins before I finally asked if I could start soaking my nails or something to make it easier. The lady came over and just started to pry them off with a tip and didn’t soak them or anything. I asked if they usually soak them and she said yes but that takes to long because they were busy. This was easily the worst nail experience I have ever had. One of the nails wouldn’t come off and I said it hurt and she said “just a little bit more and it off” and I finally asked if she could at least soak this one nail. Glad I was only here to get my nails off because I will not be recommending this place to ANYONE!
Great nail salon. Wanted detailed nail art and they worked hard to create beautiful nails. They said they wanted nails to look perfect and they succeeded. Clean & friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be returning!
