The guy who did my pedicure did it how it should be done! Everything was perfect! The owner is so sweet and did an amazing job on my mothers nails. 10/10 we will be back!
Bro I love this place. I have not had my nails done (professionally) since prom 11 years ago. Except for last month, I decides to start getting them done again. I stopped at a place in Columbus and had the worst experience ever. My nails were uneven and bumpy, the color was terrible and even my daughter who got her nails done for the first time did not like the experience. I was hesitant about going anywhere else but I decided I would try a salon closer to my house in Alabama. Well, the one I stopped at was full and I didn't want to wait because I had to work so I drove across the street to Star Nails and it's like it was meant to be. The staff was amazing, very sweet people even their son is really sweet. It is a nice environment so calm and relaxing. Me and my daughter loved our pedicures and I love my full set. This is the first time I ever got gel and I will always use gel from now on. They really took their time and my nails look amazing oh, I will always come here now.
I needed my nails fixed and yellow roses and butterflies put on for my mom that had just passed away. They completely redid my nails and made them look better than they have in months. They only have 3 people who work there but they still take their time and make things look good. The prices are very good as well.
I had a wonderful experience! Brian and his wife made you feel welcomed and they spent quality time on your nails and pedicure. I absolutely LOVE the chrome/holographic nail colors they have at this salon also!
Many nail salons toss you in and out with zero conversation or appreciation that you visited their salon, but Brian and his wife were totally opposite! I'll definitely be back!
If you are going to have hours of 10:30-7:30 at least be open. I came thinking it would be open after waiting 20 mins they never opened.
First time and last time. The guy that has the first table to the left made my experience horrible. He doesn’t paint well. He put a top coat on my first toe on my left foot but couldn’t do it without messing up the paint so he just stopped and said he’ll add it later when the paint settles. He never did. Then the worst part was my manicure. He cut my cuticles to the point where they started to bleed. By that time all he had to do was paint so I sat through it, but he painted them horribly. There were streaks in the paint, not a smooth finish at all. I could’ve done it myself. I didn’t want to try and get anything fixed because I had already been there for 2 1/2 hours. But I won’t be going back.
I am not one to get my nails done but I was talked into it. After riding around hours we finally found this place. First establishment welcoming from the moment we walked in. When I stared I did not understand what I wanted they were very helpful and understanding. They were patient and did not rush due to other impatient customers. They explained wait times and were very friendly. They try to make you comfortable and the space is relaxing. I would recommend and visit again.
