When I walked in they were obviously very busy ( not enough staffing) the manager told if I could wait for 45 minutes and I had nothing to do so I said "Yes". Then, a group of 4 ppl came in ( one make and 3 females) now already have be waited the 45 minutes he said another woman comes in as well. We are now at almost a hour he sits down in the Pedi chair the last woman to walk in knowing I was supposed to be next. Then, slowly started seating the group of 4 ppl. I couldn't believe it!!! I got up walked to reception desk and shrugged my shoulders like what are you doing? I told him I was supposed to be before all of them. He said give me 5 minutes and I will do your pedicure. Guess what? It was a hour and a half and he wasn't doing my pedicure he got one of his staff to do it. I believe this was ridiculous and very poor customer service. He had no clue and was just pushing people through there.
I never have any issues and everyone is always so kind!
First off I've been going here for YEARS and they are nothing but nice, professional, complementary, and they know what they're doing. The owners are absolute gems and they are hard-working and dedicated to making sure you leave with fabulous nails!

To the person named Karen....I mean...Nancy who gave the one-star review I was confused as to who you were actually reviewing the salon or the customers because their views don't align with yours? If staying six feet away isn't enough for you then just stay home. But please stop leaving 1-star reviews for hard working businesses because every customer that enters doesn't think just like you. Expecting every business that you enter to stop what they are doing and enforce their customers to your satisfaction is unfair and unrealistic.
