I went to pro nails to get my nails done because the wait was long here. Pro nails did a horrible job so I needed up coming to star nails getting the ones that pro nail just did off and star nail redid what I wanted. They also had great customer service and were so nice!! First picture what I got at pro nail, second picture what I asked for and third picture what star nail did for me! STAR NAIL IS WELL WORTH THE WAIT!
I went her for the first time in over 5 years. There is a wait time, usually, but if you want good service I'd suggest you come here. Wen did so great on my nails I left him a 13$ tip.
I came for a gel pedicure. The pedicure was amazing and my polish lasted for 4 weeks. I took it off at 4 weeks because they needed to be redone but I was amazed because I’ve never had gel last so long in the middle of summer! Amazing job!
I haven't had anything but good service here from nails to waxing. They don't seem to do a whole lot of fancy things to nails but they do have stickers. They also tend to get rushed around 5pm and won't always accept new customers after 6:15 pm if they are busy.
Nice place, quiet and clean. I got a fill with gel nail polish and I’m satisfied with that,however,after the older gentleman completed my pedicure I was not happy with the shape of my toenails and asked to have them shaped more evenly. They gave me all kind of reasons as to why they couldn’t do it, I explained that I get pedicures frequently and the shape of the nails is a major factor in how professional a pedicure looks, the supervisor said my nails were too close to my skin to shape them and then handed me a nail file and advised me I could do them myself. I demonstrated the difference and they still made no attempt to make me happy. As a result, I left the technician who did my toes no tip and advised them I would be writing a review.
This place typically does great pedicures but a few days ago I got a pedicure and the service was awesome BUT….. I guess the device they use to get the dead skin off your feet was used by more than one person because immediately when I got home my feet started itching. The itch was so bad I went to the doctor and they said it was some type of infection and not an allergic reaction as thought it may have been. My feet itched for several days before it finally stopped . They gotta do better with having fresh callus remover tools
Walked out- Unaccommodating and experienced micro aggressions as people of color. Do not go here if you are a person of color. You will be told you can’t have a normal manicure (“they only do gel for manicure”) so they can up charge you. And worst yet I was given the male associate who anyone in the mail circuit knows are typically the poorest and least trained manicurists. I am livid and never going back and I’m only an out of town visitor
