I paid $15 to get my nails removed as I had broke a nail and needed to volunteer the next day. I guess I paid for someone literally ripping my nails off with an acrylic ail even when I asked her to please use a different method. She even ripped my pinky nail. I didn’t want to stay and come off as a Karen; I paid and left. If this is how they treat walk ins, then I’m better off ripping my nails off at home for free.
I started coming here about three months ago. There are several salons near my home and I choose to drive 20 minutes out of my way to come to this salon and it is worth it. Not only do I go in for my acrylic nails, pedicure, waxing but I also started getting lash extensions at the salon. Vivian is amazing at nails and pedicure. All the lash artists do an amazing job. I like getting all my services done at one salon with amazing artists that care and know what they’re doing. Everyone is very friendly and customer service oriented. I appreciate everyone at this salon.
Danny is so rude!! And so aggressive!! He was literally rushing to do my nails. Black tips don’t even look like the one in the picture. You could see that he ain’t even take his time to do the tips. Nails are not even. Told him and all he would say was “I’ll do it later for you”. The WORST!! NEVER COMING HERE.
Every time that I come all the ladies give amazing service and I 100% recommend for anyone looking for a nail salon in Ontario!
Salon is always clean! And the staff is very friendly. So far I've had 2 sets done twice and 2 pedicures. Danny us very detailed and I didn't get the name of the gentleman who did my nails today but he was also very detailed and quick! Him and Amy are the Perfect combo. She did my toes and is very pleasant and caring for my comfort. Heads up, they are only taking online payments like Zelle and Venmo
Honestly one of the best nail salons I have been to.The quality of the work is very good I have zero complaints .I also had my son with me and he was getting a little fussy and one of the sweet techs offered to play with him while I got my nails done. Everyone was so kind . Definitely will be going back
What is up with the service I just had to walk out on a reg manicure because the technician was dirty! And had an attitude when I asked her to clean off the old dirty nails that were clipped from the customer before me! Disgusting ????. She had the nerve to tell me im only touching the old stained rag she was going to manicure my nails on.. sorry i didn't want to get the sleeves of my white shirt brown from the dusty table . Is bare minimum too much for people these days ? Idk guess it's me
Full set and pedicure came out so good. I love coming here because they never disappoint. They always fit me in even when it’s busy. Will continue to come here!
