Quick Facts About Spring Woods Mobile Home

The Spring Woods Mobile Home place has a number of strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, one commenter mentions that the mobile homes in the park are very nice, indicating that the quality of the homes is high. Additionally, the presence of a community pool and club house offers recreational amenities for residents, which can be a valuable feature for those who enjoy socializing and spending time outdoors.
Another commenter mentions that the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, suggesting that the overall atmosphere of the mobile home place is favorable. This can be a significant advantage for individuals and families seeking a tranquil living environment.
It is also highlighted that the park is conveniently located near stores, banks, and other amenities, making it easily accessible for residents. Additionally, the presence of trash pick-up and ample street lighting are mentioned as positive aspects, indicating that the park provides basic services and maintains a well-lit environment for residents.
On the other hand, there are several weaknesses identified by the commenters. One recurring issue is the negative behavior of the HOA board members. According to one comment, the board members are described as rude, power-hungry, and drama-prone. This can create an unpleasant and stressful living experience for residents, as dealing with disrespectful and uncooperative board members can lead to conflict and dissatisfaction.
Another concern raised is the poor maintenance of the mobile homes and surrounding areas. Comments mention under-kept yards, dilapidated paint, and moldy concrete, which detracts from the overall aesthetic appeal of the park. This may suggest a lack of attention to maintenance and upkeep, which can affect the overall living conditions and property values within the park.
In addition, one commenter raises the issue of crime in the neighboring area of Suncoast Estates. While they mention that the mobile home place itself is not part of Suncoast Estates and has low crime, the proximity to a high-crime area may be a cause for concern for potential residents. This factor may influence individuals' perception of the safety and security of the park.
Another negative aspect highlighted by a commenter is the unfavorable treatment of renters. The commenter recalls their brother's experience of neighbors and the park management being hostile towards renters, leading to unfair treatment and surveillance of tenants. This indicates a potential bias against renters and a lack of inclusivity within the mobile home place community.
Despite these weaknesses, one comment stands out as positive, noting that the place is peaceful and quiet. This suggests that there are individuals who find the environment pleasant and enjoy the tranquility of the park.
In conclusion, the strengths of the Spring Woods Mobile Home place include nice mobile homes, access to a pool and club house, a quiet neighborhood, and convenience to amenities. However, weaknesses such as problematic HOA board members, poor maintenance, proximity to a high-crime area, negative treatment of renters, and potential lack of inclusivity should be taken into consideration when evaluating the overall desirability of the mobile home place. Potential residents should weigh these factors and conduct further research before making a decision.

Best PlaceJuice Reviews

This is a mobile home park inside a bigger mobile home park and the places in here are very nice. They have a community pool in here so if you rent or own a place in the park you will have access to the pool and the club house!
Love the neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful. However, the HOA board members really ruin the place, especially the most recent ones. Rude, on power trips, nobody decent can stay on the board due to the constant drama. Can't even properly track HOA dues, office rarely open and if you actually call with a question, you get a rude and very disrespectful response.
Under-kept yards, diluted paint, and moldy concrete make up this south Florida paradise.
Skip it.
Home owners owned their land; board directors chosen by lot owners; lot assessments established by elected board of directors; lived here thirty years. Only one increase in 30 years. Present assessment $55.00 and change. Low crime. Not part of sun coast estates.
Wouldn't move there if it was free
Very quiet and out of the way Mobil Home Subdivision (you own the land & home). There's a Clubhouse, pool and recreation hall with a small kitchen. Perfect for a party of 50-75.
Trash pick-up, lots of street lighting and convenient to the stores, bank, etc.
It's behind SUNCOAST ESTATES, which has major crime at times and it's mostly drug's. That area is and has been on a mission to clean up & weed out.
My brother was renting a place here and the neighbors would call his landlord at a drop of a hat. I popped a tent up in the side yard to let it air out for a camping trip and within 10 minutes he got a call from the owner asking who was camping in the yard omg why have people gotten away from knocking on doors to find out what's going on come to find out the park does not like renters and will do anything even lie to get tenants kicked out they even had their security cameras pointed at my brothers place recording his every move I don't recommend this place to anyone stay away from here!
Nice place. Peaceful and quiet.
