I wish I could give a zero... Do not go here, or if you do do not see KIM (eyelash eyebrows)... This is real this is not a joke... I was kicked out of her chair before I could even get a good look at my eyebrows... Talking about she has another customer... I am your customer! And she didn't start talking trash until after I paid her! Granted it is 7.00 but it is still a service! My eyebrows are uneven, still, she told me I was too much and don't come back... what??? How do you say this to a customer... LEE the owner would not even come to the phone... One of her workers said that she does not answer the phone when she is with a customer... You are the owner!!!! The place is not as clean and I should not have stayed... Never again will I go here... Oh and I had to ask for cleaner to get the wax off of my face!!!! Be ware!!!! Do not, I repeat DO NOT COME HERE!!!! My eyebrows are not even the same!!!!!!! Oh and I went back and she was still being rude to assist me! Telling me nothing is wrong, I'm looking at my face!!! This is the worst place I’ve been to, I was there for TWO HOURS because they did them wrong so they had to do them again and i wanted to change the color because they didn’t give me time to chose it the first time they said “we’re gonna charge u more if u take too long” and then the second time charged me $20 more dollars. Look at the picture how bad they did them
Bad experience, I left my daughter in this place and they treat her with a bad Attitude, always in a rush, did her nails very ugly and over charge us, from $57 got surge $67. Don’t come to this place, they do bad job and terrible service.
I love this place the people are very friendly I been going here over 12 years I drive 1 hour just to come here that’s how Great the service is.. my favorite 2 people is lee and Mrs Moore they treat me like family I even skip sometimes lol I feel like vip. Lee husband is very polite when he takes your payment. This is the place to Go great people nails,Feet and my favorite lashes Greatest spot in Miami ❤️❤️❤️
Been coming here over 10???? I love them ???? Love the extra precautionary measures they're taking because of the Coronavirus. Place was nice & clean COMFORTABLE. Not to mention my feet feel 2 lbs lighter ???? #pedicure
