Public Service Warning! Do not go here. Take your hard earned dollars to another location that will welcome you in and treat you with respect. The owner of this shop is HELL WALKING - PURE EVIL. She treats her techs like slaves, they scared to talk. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere. #prayersforLin she's a good tech that is enslaved by this owner.
This is so far my favorite place to get nails done, because first: they dont be annoying you to get this or that extra service. I loved how they were nice and also the old lady that made my nails she took her time to make sure it was nice, did such a good job, very worthy of her money. This is the place Im gonna be coming back, because my experience with other saloons was just people annoying me to do things I didnt wanna do and then end up doing a bad job. Thank you guys
The owner, manually ripped off my nail and tear up my own nails. Please do not go to this shop… if you do go there don’t use the owner, she is cooo cooo.
The owner's wife did a gel manicure and did a horrible job. She cut my cuticles too deep in two places, causing it to bleed. She missed the sides of my nails when she applied the gel polish and she got a very bad attitude when I showed it to her. She ignored me and then started speaking in her language. She eventually fixed it but had a bad attitude. She was very rude and disrespectful. I will NOT be returning to that salon and I DO NOT recommend this business. They need to learn customer service skills if they are getting people's money. There are hundreds of nail salons just in that area.
Came here for the first time.. place was clean, just a couple people at the time Helen did my nails. I wanted almond shape short and she did her best. Seems covid safe. This place was close by so I tried them out. May not go back because I have my own nail tech in Snellville.
THIS is where I am in my process. I arrived a little after 4:30 to this location, thinking I’d be able to come in get a pedicure and leave as I have 8:00PM Reservations for my sisters bday. I asked the woman sitting DIRECTLY to the left or me approximately how much longer id have to wait, the woman completely ignores me and continues to do the feet of the woman next to me. Acted as if I said nothing at all. I’m sitting here with wet feet, not even any of the additives, no one has come to say ANYTHING to me about how much longer it would be or who is doing what. And time continues to tick. I will decided if an update is required on the number of stars If/When I actually receive service. I am LIVID. A PEDICURE! That’s it!! Nothing special! ???????????? *****Updated to 4stars due to how well the woman did my feet. Didn’t last as the woman who’s feet she was doing while before me, but I’d choose her again if I had the option. All I can say is “Prepare for a WAIT!! “ Other than that great quality of work. I’m still here at 5:44 just about to get my toes polished.*****
UPDATE: service has gotten better i think they realize how to treat paying customers. Helen is my favorite this is the only place to rock my nail designz and use paint.
