I called Southern Exposure on a hope and prayer because I needed to have my long, thick hair touched up and cut today, after 3pm. The original salon I booked in town mis-booked the service before mine, and would not be able to see me. Kamry at Southern Exposure was able to fit me in. And she did amazing. She was able to not only cover my 6+ month regrowth with 30% grays but it melted perfectly into my box dyed ends. She also cut my hair perfectly. I didn't lose any length (thank goodness- I like my long hair), and it was thinned out and layered so nicely. And she is the first stylist to blend my bangs correctly. I just moved to town and was looking to find a stylist to build loyalty with, and have found her! I can't recommend her highly enough.

Something to keep in mind when booking- all of the stylists here rent their booth- they do not work for the salon and are independent businesses. If a stylist leaves, they take clients' info with them. They also set their own prices and stock their own product. Tip accordingly.

Went here to get my hair fixed after a botched cut in savannah, ga. I live up there but visit lake city from time to time. Kelsey completely fixed my hair and made it look so neat and beautiful. Thank you so much! Will be coming back

Melissa has been doing my hair for years! She is so talented, sweet and hard working. She goes above and beyond to make sure my hair is the way I want it. I recommend her to all my family and friends because she is awesome????

The shop is nice. The staff was not rude, but not friendly, either. My stylist did not ask any details on what I wanted, though I managed a quick comment. I did tell her I needed enough length to pull it back for a ponytail, yet she cut the sides too short. She rushed through, telling me at the start, she had someone coming in for color and would be setting me under the dryer (instead of blow drying) so she could do the other customer's color.

I habe my hair cut as the one bit of luxury just for myself. I did not feel at all pampered, not even a little.

I will not be returning, nor will I recommend them to friends.

Brittany was awesome. I was just driving through and wanted to have my hair done. Looked up the reviews and called. They went out of their way to make it happen. Highlight, cut, and styled. It looked great, a great price, and the shop is full of charm and sweet friendly ladies. I will definitely go out of my way to visit again.

Ok so I was looking for a good place to go because my hair is severely damaged from 30 plus years of torture I've done and was needing help.This Is my go 2 place from now on kamry Morgan did a wonderful job on my hair I didn't think it would be possible but she did an amazing job

Showed up for my appointment to find out the stylist no longer worked there. When I suggested to the woman that was there that maybe someone should have called her future appointments and let them know, she said that wasn't their responsibility. When I said that reflected poorly on the whole salon, she said that doesn't matter that they were all self employed. Hmmmm pretty sure you lost all my future business and I definitely wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone if that is how they run their business.
