I had my nails done last week, right before July 4th weekend. I originally asked for a nail design and the tech assured me she could complete the design. However, once she started on the design I informed her is was wrong and she assured me it was what I asked for. After she was done I had her remove the design, because it was incorrect and did not look very good. The tech made me feel like I was in the wrong and inconveniencing her so I ended up just keeping the color underneath. At check out I was still charged the full amount for the design and I reluctantly still tipped her. A week later my nails have broken and chipped. The nail shape is also uneven on several of them. I will not be returning to this nail salon, unfortunately it looks like I have to spend money to get my nails redone a week earlier than planned as well.
