First time here. So far so good. Most nails
Shops put plastic protective bags in their bowls - they didn’t so I was a big concerned. Other than that, I’ll come back again before I make a full determination on my longevity here. Nice atmosphere.
I went into the salon asking for a specific color and the lady helping us at the front desk told me that they had it and continued doing my nails my spa pedicure was fine. When it came to the time to do my nails everything was going okay until I started to notice that she wasn't replacing the one broken nail instead just pretending it wasn't there, laziness. Next, came the shaping and I simply asked for coffin nails and she couldn't do that apparently. She did an uneven square shape that I tried correcting her and guiding her on how to fix it. My mom asked for french nails and the lady did box nails with a line across the top. This did not satisfy either of us and we are very unhappy with our experience here. We will not be coming back for our nails at least.
I love this salon, and have been coming here for over 15 years consistently. I am always welcomed at the door and the staff knows me by name, and knows what services I like and need. I don't feel pressured or rushed. Lena and Lindsey are wonderful, and Tracy always makes sure every need is taken care of. I even bring my mother and out of town friends here because they love it too.
A outstanding business thats been going on for years. Come in and get greeted with friendliness. Owner knows you by name and services. Appt can be made but walk in is also welcome. Plenty of techs there. Atmosphere is cozy. Prices is cheap. Techs are sweet and doesn't rush
Very friendly staff and a wonderfully large and beautifully designed interior. My pedicure was relaxing and turned out great. I was offered something to drink as well, which is a plus. I will be returning again in a few weeks. Check them out if you are in the area. Prices are reasonable too!
Last two experiences here have been horrible. On my first visit I asked for black french tips and it took almost everyone in the building to figure out how to do them. My friend and I asked for designs and never got them. Today, I wanted SNS nails. She filed my nails so low it hurt and cut my finger. After doing the SNS powder, she said she had to redo them. She filed my nails AGAIN and cut me even worse (pic below). After redoing the power, she said she had to do gel because they were too uneven. The gel looked horrible and wasn’t even the color I wanted. Almost cried multiple times. The lady was nice though.
I called first thing in the morning to make a 5pm pedicure appt. I arrived early, but was not taken to a spa chair until 5:30. I sat with my feet in water for 30 more minutes and was then told they were running behind. at 6:15, I nicely told them I could not wait any longer and was leaving. The owner rudely handed me a towel to dry and acted like I was actually the problem!!! Then they tried to charge me!! This place appeared very clean, but not sure how they stay in business treating customers so terrible. I will never go back and do not recommend this place.
I went for a mani-pedi yesterday and walked out disappointed, angry and bloody. Everything was rushed. No concern for me as a customer, just getting the job done quickly. The girl who did my pedicure basically just removed and applied nail polish and very little cuticle cleanup. Never addressed the buffing. Didn't even take the time to put the tissue between my toes to let them dry properly. That was nothing compared to the manager who did my nails. All she did was complain about my cuticles. . She gouged at my nails as she was standing up until she blooded them. I left and when I got to the counter she had the nerve to want to charge me for the manicure that I never got to finish. Didn't even offer me Band-Aids. They do not value people, just money
