I don’t even want to add 1-Star… The website and door says they close at 7pm. I got there at 5:55p (traveling from out of town) and they turned me away because a fill-in would take too long. No one was in there receiving any services. I felt discriminated against and NOT welcomed. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON They do NOT have quality customer service!!!!
I've been a client for Snow Nails for years and I'VE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. They deliver PERFECTION each time i go for my nails. Nana and her boss are awesome and very friendly.
I love NaNa! She really takes her time to make sure my nails are perfect ????
I had such a wonderful experience at Snow Nails! I am new to the area and tried four other nail salons before finding this place! I can say my search is finally over! I did the dip nails and gel pedicure and my nails look great!
I received a gel lay/over my real nails and pedicure 5/6/22 around 5:15pm. I had an appt at 5 pm I arrived late. She took me anyway. Terry did a lot of education about nail up keep and I shared that I typed ALL day on my full time and own a bakery. Showed her some of my cakes. We discussed the layover should be strong and with medium thickness.
That evening I went home to cook dinner, removed the plastic cover from some garlic powder and my REAL nail cracked off. The next day as I was preparing cakes the ring finger nail cracked in half.
Mother’s Day weekend I had deliveries to make and am not happy about two nails on one hand broken.
Terry did my nails, is very nice and professional. I must be honest I’m not pleased with her work.
I returned Monday After work for a repair.
She charged me $10 to repair nails she did 3 days ago. So for that , I would not recommend this facility. I’m a good loyal customer, if the merchant treats me right, I’d return the gesture. I also gave her a $10 tip on 5/6/22 and said Happy Mother’s Day.
Very disappointed that she did not hold herself accountable for the thin layer she applied.
I Love Snow Nails. They Practice social distancing. By appointment only, but usually can fit u in same day. Both ladies are amazing & pamper you. I’ve had mani/pedi’s. Bikini waxes. Always a treat.
They do expect tips for the level of service provided & well worth it.
Guys. I had no idea this place existed and I've been missing out. I don't get my nails done very often but when I do go I want them done nice and I'll pay extra if need be. What was great about Snow is that I didn't need to spend a huge amount to do so. I went in and asked for the whole nine yards on my nails. I wanted a manicure and a full set of gel nails stiletto style and with shellac as well. They look fantastic and I'm totally coming back. The whole thing cost me like $60 and a little over $60. Totally worth it. I got to get myself pampered and had a great experience. I recommend the gel because personally I'm rough on my nails and these seem to last longer than acrylic. Also be sure to call and make an appointment ahead of time because they seem to be popular. :)
Terry is amazing! This was my second experience and my first was epic. She's honest and a sweetheart. She made me feel like family. I get compliments on my nails all the time. I can't wait to go back!
