You always provide friendly customer service and greet your clients with a smile. I did a walk in and sat in the chair of the only woman Barber. She's young, with locs in her hair, masculine dressed, I didn't get her name... She listened to NOTHING I said, just kept saying, "I got you," like she understood. I said dark sides with a part on the left side. I showed her a photo of my last hair cut with dark low sides and a part and reiterated keeping my sides dark; do not make me bald. I said I wanted a tapper cut in the back. She said, "I got you" and gave me what she wanted. She faded my sides bald ???????????? and told me she thought I wanted a tapper all the way around, even after I showed her a photo. I stopped her and left out with a partially cut head. Hoping it would grow in some before I went back to work in four day. She had nerve to charge $20 for the half cut. I'm not saying the experience is based on her being a woman. Some women cut well, she's just not one of them. It's been two weeks and I've never been grateful to see my hair growing back from a hair cut!
If you're reading this, listen to your customers in the future. Don't have your way with your customers heads!
Just terrible!
Got charged $40 asked for a mid fade with a beard trim didn’t receive the beard trim. This Definitely isn’t a fade if you think the back is bad the sides are worse unclean, unprofessional and unskilled and zero Customer service.
I am amazed at the amount of skill and talent that is in this barber shop. I was watching the other barbers cut their clients while getting mine cut and it makes me want to get cut by every barber in there at some point. I trust all of their skills from the work I saw. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
Tiger cut my teenage son's hair and he looked so Awesome! Tiger put a very skilled design in his hair that commanded attention. Tiger is the best!
Clean tools fast service respectful barbers all around will return and refer all my friends with sons.
I just walked in and right away(Tiger) jumped up to help me out. He listened to my the way I wanted my hair cut and did an amazing job. Very nice barbershop atmosphere.
Came in with son to get him a high taper and Tiger hooked him up. Cool atmosphere and got us in quick. Highly recommend. Good value for service performed
