Awful awful customer service. Money thieving and greedy. Made a mistake on my order, admitted the mistake and refused to replace the pizza. Said we had to bring back a whole pizza for her to replace it (probably so they could resell it!) How can I bring back a whole pizza if everyone's taken 1 slice and bitten from it ... unless ofcourse they wanted it the next morning from the toilet! They added chillies to a pizza they don't ever have chillies on and then said we should have seen the chillies...even though the main chef didn't see it herself! *rolls eyes* how stupid.

On 26th October, we ordered 8 pizza in buy one get one free offer. They delivered them before the said time. We were 18 people including children and aged people. We all loved the pizza. All pizza were perfect as we ordered. Liked 100%

Well overpriced pizza.

They are more expensive than domino’s.

And zero customer service.

Pizza is not bad.. This is the 3rd time we Orders different Pizzas.. all pizzas told to make extra spice but it's very mild an common Test VERY SALTY. Don't think we order again of Test & price.

Disgraceful customer service and extremely bad management. Wont be using them again and I'll also be posting online to my 14'000+ followers to never use this place. Trading standards will also be contacted too.

Ordered 2 pizza's by phone (buy one get one free) got told they will be £18 and 20 minutesto collect....got there 20 minutes after ordering and got told to wait another 20 minutes because it hadnt been put it. Paid with two £10 notes and didnt get any change back.

After confronting her about this she then got aggressive and saying that the one pizza we ordered (coriander pizza) was £20 even though over the phone she said it was £18.

She then refused to give me my change and argued with me for a couple of minutes.

They have a menu which is written out for staff and taped down on the counter.

I looked at that and it says £18 pound on there so shes basically trying to con people out of they're hard earned money.

100% RECOMMEND NEVER USE THIS PLACE!

Ripping off prices.

From £12 for 2 pizzas now £20.

I know everything is gone up but that's taking the p*** now.

Stay away from this shop.

The food is not good

Is a shitall place and is a rip off better going anywhere better and the food that was served to me was all cold
