Made an appointment after having some issues with my lower back. I was a little nervous because I had never gotten a massage before, but the entire experience was very comfortable. Everyone I encountered was professional and the facility was clean. Zach was fantastic and had feeling significantly better by the time I left. Definitely plan on making massages here a regular part of my routine.
Jennifer was simply amazing..
First massage, but definitely not my last. She's so kind, and she did great.. Actually fell asleep for a brief minute, I was so at ease. Scheduled my next massage before even leaving the building. The waiting area is clean, and relaxing and the staff is so nice, making you feel comfortable.
This is DEFINITELY my go to, will be getting a massage once a week just because I know how well this place will treat me. I've already recommended this place to multiple people, including giving them a S/O on Snapchat! Go here, you will not be disappointed ♥️♥️
So, far my daughter and I have had a wonderful experience. Good location super convenient for me, less than 10 minutes. Bright and inviting environment. The massage rooms have soft ambient music, soothing wall colors and very clean too. Jennifer did a great job for my massage, although I thought it was a bit chilly in the room, but could be me, since I'm perpetually cold. ;-) Jill was did an awesome job with my 7 year old kept her engaged and my daughter loved her massage and is looking forward for her next one. ????
My experience at Simple Therapeutics was amazing, from start to finish. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly, office atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. I had a massage with Joshua and he was completely wonderful and professional, made me feel 100% comfortable and did a GREAT job working out the knots from my workouts. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a massage.
Best massage ever!!! This was my first time at Simple Therapeutics and I had a shoulder problem causing a great deal of discomfort. LeaTrisha did an amazing massage and my shoulder pain went from about a 6-7 to a 1!! I am very impressed with her skill level and professionalism!! Will definitely be back and highly recommend her to others!
Absolutely great massage! Josh was in reveille, he tailored my massage to by back problems & I feel great! He was nice, professional and funny. The staff members are nice & very helpful & pleasant to talk to! Can't wait to schedule my next message on their APP! :) thank you for a great experience!
I had my first acupuncture appointment with Kyle yesterday. It was fantastic! It worked extremely well for my issues and I look forward to seeing him again. Kyle is very knowledgeable and personable. I'm giving only 4 stars due to location. It was convenient, but it could have been nicer. Their old location was much more relaxing than the gym.
This business owner, Joshua, strives to be sure that each and every visit meets your expectations and that his staff treats customers with the utmost professionalism. If you don't feel that you are treated appropriately or that the service you received was not up to par, Joshua will make sure that you do not remain dissatisfied. Furthermore, if he suspects that one of his staff is not giving the service his customers deserve he will no longer employ that individual. I have NEVER had a poor experience at this facility. I receive quality service, professionalism and an excellent outcome with each and every visit. I do not spend money frivolously or without contemplation. I go to this facility at least twice a month for medically ordered massage therapy. I have had massages for many years with multiple qualified individuals and would not hesitate to say that my best outcome has been with Josh. I would not hesitate trying other services here as I am well aware of Joshua's commitment to me and all of his customers. I give Simple Therapeutics my highest recommendation!
