????JULIE???? her artwork is neat and precise and anytime I bring a picture of what I want she EXCEEDS my expectations EVERYTIME . I spend $300 easy on just my nails and it’s worth every penny. Her mom does a phenomenal pedicure . I see a few people with bad reviews and I’m here to tell you this place is Awesome everyone is friendly, kind and does there best . It’s a very clean nail shop with very comfortable chairs. They are fairly priced so if you in Villa Rica stop by and see my favorite nail Shop
I had to come in and change my 5 star review. Today is 11/8/2022 and I started coming here August 2022. I started going to signature nails for a couple months now on a regular basis. The service just gets worse. Julie is a good tech, but none of the other ones are any good. My nails were breaking by the next day. Right now I have all 10 nails broken and it has not been a week. The prices are also unstable regardless that I go in for the same exact thing all the time I am charged differently each time. Also they don’t have many art mail options if that’s what you are looking for, this is not the place for it.
I have been going to Signature Nails for years now and love them. I get the SNS nails and a VIP pedi every few weeks and my nails always look great. Tip: it’s worth paying the extra for gel polish on your toes. It lasts me easily 6 weeks!
I really don’t recommend. I went in for SNS dip powder manicure for my wedding. They used a different product that I later found out is meant to go on acrylics not natural nails. It was chunky and the wrong color. I was willing to pay again to get them redone at Signature, but they were rude about having to do them again and I couldn’t take the stress of that with my wedding in 2 days. I had to go to a different salon to get them redone. They explained everything Signature had done wrong like putting the powder meant for acrylics on my natural nails. It took an hour to get it off. It was gooey and extremely messy. I swear it wasn’t me being a bridezilla. I frequently get similar services at different salons, and it’s never turned out like this.
Tan and Ann are absolutely amazing!! They are both so good at what they do and I absolutely love going to monthly nail appt. I have been going for almost 2 years to tan and he is super sweet and always does an amazing job. I never feel rushed and he always makes sure eveything he does is to my liking. I show him a picture of what I want them he takes over from there. I have never walked out not smiling! His wife Ann is also absolutely amazing!! I can’t recommend them enough.

I have gone there on two different occasions in an attempt to get serviced. My first time, I wasn't greeted when I came in...I signed in and took a seat only to be told, "We don't have anyone available". I asked how long the wait was and the guy said again, "We don't have anyone available". Didn't answer my question and I got the impression that he wanted me to leave so I did. This morning, I go because I needed to get my nails taken off prior to going to work and they open early. The same guy does the same thing this morning. He tells me, " We don't have anyone available". I had no problem with waiting. I mean any other nail shop I have ever been to asks you what you need and if there is a wait, they tell you how long the wait is and then I decide if I want to stay or not. So the reason for this review is to inform this business that you need to do better with customer service skills.
Sent my teenager there to get her nails done. She came home with mismatched, misshapen nails. Spent 60 $ for me to have to take her somewhere else to have them removed. Once and done for us. Will not return to this establishment.
