I got my nails done the other day and I absolutely love them!!! I come here alot and the ladies are always so nice and very talented nail artists.
I’ve been going to this salon for a year now, and my only good visit with great service was my first time. I loved the outcome and their service attitude. After that it all went downhill, their work got sloppy. I went to get a pedi today, and it was done so badly. Each nail is a different shape and the let me out when the nail polish wasn’t dried yet, one of the employees put my sandal back on and i felt my nails touching and scraping against it. I come home and realized the polish came off.
I have been come here for years. Last year they up their prices which wasn’t much. Then they upped them again when I came in this month. Which by the way I am a monthly customer. I always get a design. In the past I paid $36.00 for the deluxe pedicure and my design. Now they are telling me as I sit in chair and working on my feet that the cost will be $35.00 for the deluxe pedicure and $20.00 for design. I questioned the price in shock. Then the lady talked to another girl and then she said it will be $35.00 plus $15.00. I was still shocked. I turned to the owner and asked if this was right. The own looked at my example picture of what I wanted then talked to the lady that was working on my feet. The owner then said to me it will be the $35.00 and $10.00 for the design. I agreed but I am still a little confused by charging so much for the design. I wish I could up load the picture of my toe nails. I did blue tips (like white French tips) then on the big toe I had her do red white and blue lines like fireworks for the 4th. Can I say I am so confused. The prices being upped so high. The design is and has always been excepted with a pedicure. I am going to look for a different place.
I’ve come here for years but have come to the conclusion that the service here isn’t great. They don’t talk to you. They are Vietnamese but mostly just speak Vietnamese to each other, which isn’t a bad thing, just makes for an awkward visit. They recently raised their prices in store but their price sign is not accurate, so don’t expect to pay what is posted on the wall. They also had us wait nearly 2 hours before being serviced because they were busy, which is understandable, except for the fact that we called hours in advance and made an appointment. When we got there, not only did she not have time for us, she had no recollection of us calling at all. After waiting way too long for a full set, she rushed through it and asked me to pay before she finished painting my nails. They always ask you to pay before they complete your nails, and if you tip well, they finish the job well. If you don’t tip or don’t tip well, they rush through the end of your service and send you out the door. Basically, you get what you pay for. Go somewhere else.
I am a regular customer and enjoy coming here often. They do great work and I have never had any of the issues that some of the other reviews indicate. Yes, they are hard to understand but once you get to know them it becomes easier. Also handling Covid procedures very well.
I am not sure why this place is getting such horrible reviews?! I have been a regular customer for the past 3 months and I absolutely LOVE this place!! They are super friendly, very professional, very careful and skilled at what they do! My nails always look great! And I always have so much fun chatting with the sweet girls there! :) I am never going anywhere else.
Went for manicures with my two daughters (22 and 12). They got us in in a timely manner, considering we were walk-ins and they were busy. We were treated with respect and our nails turned out just the way we wanted them. As with all salons I've been to, they will try several times to get you to upgrade your service. I actually did upgrade from regular polish to gel and I'm glad I did! My shellac has stayed on for 6 weeks, even through running a fireworks stand for the 4th of July! They're growing out now and seriously need to be redone, but they haven't chipped at all!
I only gave 4 stars because the technician doing my nails yelled at her kids while working on me. (Didn't make for the most relaxing experience.)
Good experience each time I go. Of course it's different for me since I speak their language, but they really aren't making fun or gossiping about their clients - from when I've been there anyway. They can seem a little distracted or not paying attention at times, but I think they know what they're doing and always give me great pedicures. I also like the eyebrow wax from them. I've been to plenty of other nail salons, and they each have their own way of doing things - but I would definitely recommend this one. I always look forward to coming here.
