My overall experience was great! They were friendly and worked fast. However, I asked for acrylics and they ended up doing dip (my fault because I didn’t stop her) but not even 4 days later I’ve already broke 3 of my nails off. My design was super cute though!
I got a full set and within 6 days, 3 broke off at the exact same spot. 1 of the breaks was within 18 hours and I went the next day to have it fixed. When I called to see if I can have the other 2 fixed, the girl said I could have a discount for a fill because it’s been 6 days and I would need a fill by now. Picture for proof I don’t need a fill. And one break was peeling a cutie orange. Terrible quality nails and even worse customer service. Please keep in mind that I have nails on regularly and I’m not hard on them. I tried this new place because my usual place is really far to drive so I was wanting something a little closer. Never again.

Worst experience yet at a nail salon.They keep raising their prices but are not improving their customer service. They don't speak to you unless their trying to sell you something. If you ask a question they act like they don't understand. But they understand and speak English just fine when it comes to money.
I had a full set of solar nails put on. She got acrylic all over my fingers that I could not even get off with the scrub brush and soap. Lots of acrylic under the nails that I had to ask her to use the tool to clean up. When I went to pay she said it was $55. I said your price sheet says $45 for full set. She said I charge you $5 to take your old nails off, and $5 to shape your nails. Upcharging customers is never good for a business. Well, you lost me as a potential customer.
I gave them one star because that’s the lowest I can go but If I could give than -5 stars I would . I came here to get my nails done. I wanted just a fill and that’s what I asked for, they barely filed my nails and on top of that the man that did my nails was arguing with me because I just wanted to fill and I didn’t want to. He did a poor job so bad that in not even a week and I have one nail that is lifting. With that said I came back to try to get it fixed and they refused to fix it without charging me and they were so rude. The person that did them started arguing with me because I did not want her to get a full set I just wanted to get a fill so that’s what he’s blaming it on. I have gotten my nails done different places and if Something Happens they don’t give me any excuse and they just fix it, they don’t start arguing with me and telling me that they don’t know what I do and that they don’t know how it happened. I am a teacher and in six days none of my nails have ever lifted. They rush and do a poor job because they want to get you out of there fast so they can take more customers.
The guy seemed annoyed he had to do my nails took forever to get the polish off and then rushed through application. I still have glue all around my nails and ripples in them, not smudges, it was because of the poor application. My nails look absolutely terrible. I only went bc my friend was treating me and she chose the place. I am definitely going to stick to "my" place from now on. I wouldn't recommend either shangri la nail place in yukon! I tried the other 2 weeks ago and while it was a much better job then this one was, it felt rushed and the guy there was rough.
We have used this nail salon for years and have always been impressed with their services. Today, we were exceptionally impressed with their calm composure and customer service when an angry customer came in. The customer was very rude and out of line and this nail salon still maintained professionalism. Bravo!
The lady doing my nails today was rude. She never spoke and just hit my feet for me to move them. She cut my nail to the quick. They moved my granddaughter from the princess chair before her nails were done drying. So they could do two little girls that just came in.
