Absolutely amazing ! Their gels stay on for a longgggg time.. never chip, unlike other nail salons! Great quality and they know how to match a design exactly! Highly recommend ????????

I have been here a couple of times but this will be my last time here. They used to do great pedicures and manicures but the manicure I received today was not great. Not only did I have to wait like 25 minutes after my pedicure to get my manicure (I had an appointment) but the quality of the nail polish was not good. It left bubbles on my nails and the texture wasn’t good (they refilled it with alcohol but like buy a new bottle ????) anyway I would say maybe it was just the day I went but I honestly won’t be going back
Mia is my go to artist. She did this beautiful ombre the other day for my Halloween costume. I book my appointment with her only but I know this salon has a lot of talent.
POOR MANAGEMENT. RUDE STAFF WHO WILL TALK ABOUT YOU IN SPANISH. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Honestly if I could give it 0 stars I would. I have been going here for years and have even taken many people here prior to the change in management — but on Saturday I received the worst service I have ever had here. First off I was ignored by the receptionist/owner, then “CHRISSY” who I DO NOT recommend gave me the absolute worst gel pedicure. She did not ask if I would. like lavender or green tea, barely used lotion, kept jamming my foot into the light messing up the polish, barely scrubbed my foot, and left me multiple times one of which left me sitting in the chair freezing as she had already drained the water. She did not use the stone, or a warm towel, did not ask if I wanted to add anything, which I normally do, and all around had an attitude while talking in Spanish about other customers as well as myself to the technician next to her. I am pretty sure had I not made it apparent that I understood spanish that they would have continued talking about me. I will not be retuning here and I suggest you don’t waste your time or money here. It used to be great now it is horrible. Check the most recent 1 stars reviews they all say the same thing — THE QUALITY OF THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWN SIGNIFICANTLY!
Beyond disappointed. I have been coming here for years. 10+ to be exact. I love the time they put in and have recommended them to so many who come now too. When I first started this was a five star establishment. The owner recently sold to another person. They don't take seriously or value your time! Waited 30 minutes after appointment to get a gel manicure and my poor ten year old didn't get started until 45 minutes after her appointment time.
Not only is time not valuable, they slacked on the lotion and scrub they use. They use regular soap now as seen in picture.
I like them after going three times but needs some minor improvements.
Price list don't much the price you pay.
Its not Acrylic power it's a gel builder for full sets.
Hard time doing a certain shape for nail.
When it starts to get packed they rush.
If you break 2 or 3 nail and ask for a new full set because it cheaper then a refill plus a fix. They don't give you a new full set they just fix the broken ones and charge you for a full set.
If it is your first time getting gel builder be advised it could burn a little when under the uv light. No warning was shocked because I thought something was wrong.

My go-to nail salon. The service is unmatched. Incredible selection of high-quality polishes (my gels still look pristine 3.5 weeks later; no chips!) . I love getting the chair massage after a pedicure! So relaxing. Great prices too!
Will not be returning .. at first I assumed it was just the day I went. Until I went back (with another appointment) and it was the same vibe. I made an appointment after work for a fill and a pedi being that I had flight to prepare for . When the receptionist mentioned this to who I believe is the owner she began to raise her voice at her which made me very uncomfortable. The receptionist came back asking if I could come in the day of my flight... As mentioned previously there is definitely a preference for repeat guest..... After that I decided that I had it. I never write reviews because I know how tough working in the service industry is but my last few visits here pushed me over the edge...
