A good friendly pub that serves an excellent pint. There's also a good sized family room with a pool table. The main bar area is spacious and comfortable.
The landlord and staff are welcoming and professional.
The beer was as good as expected, the atmosphere was amazing, especially as they were playing a darts match. Will pop in again if I'm in the vicinity ????????????

Took ages and I mean ages for food to be cooked and served... could go in there starving but by time served your past hungry.. I didn't see a child's menu it has a tiny tiny arcade for kids 2ps can be better on evening with some entertainment staff pleasant just takes ages for food.. and food was slightly dry but I did like the idea of a separate dish of vegetables so you could pick..
Only down for the night had a singer on he was great friendly bar staff will definitely be back in the summer
