Hi everyone,

I'm giving this beauty store one star because the horrible way the manager act to me a paying customer when returning a $12 dollar product. First off I try to call but no one answer the phone so I Google the store and found that they are open until 7:30pm (that was a bad omen right there) I purchase this air dryer bonnet 1 hr earlier (AND MIND YOU I HAD A RECEIPT!) which was too big so I knew they had another smaller size so I get that exchange and that would be the end of it but the Chinese manager complain that I open it and now he can't resell it!!! after several exchange back and forth I had to tell him that he makes more money then $12 in a day so why complain about it. I mean this store in the heart of DowntownYonkers the customers is 99 percent BLACK and SPANISH! He makes thousand of dollars a wk so don't complain that you can't resell a $12 dollar bonnet. I will never go back there again and I suggest anyone else will be subject to this same treatment if you buy something and try to return it back BEWARE ITS NOT WORTH THE STRESS!

Wish I could give no stars. The new owners are a nightmare, especially since the last owners were so amazing they were like family.

The Spanish guy who stands at the front door is Nasty to not only the customers, but the pother staff members too. I've been in there like 4 times in the past 2 months and EVERY TIME that guy has been in an argument with guests of the store one or two times I was one of the other party, but not even the only one per visit to be honest. He isn't the only disrespectful one either, love the products and prices, and pharmacy, but the male staff members are disgustingly rude (not all). I've been a loyal customer since I moved to Yonkers in 2011, and I'm very disappointed in this change. Good luck future customers!

This place is awesome! It has almost any hair product you could imagine, the facility is organized and clean, and the people by the cashier are pleasant. Another thing that I found delightful about this store was that they had workers roaming around to assist you if you needed help finding a product which was pretty convenient if you ask me...

They have everything for your hair that you need

The whole staff is rude! No one wants to help you they all keep calling another person who doesn't show up! Every female working there has a nasty attitude as if your questions are bothering them, better yet as if they are at work but not there to work! Won't spend my money here ever again
