Don’t go If you have a lot of hair or very thick hair. I have large thick 4c hair and the women are so rough and careless on my head. They don’t even bother to fully blow dry my hair so they rip through my hair while braiding it. They also ALWAYS rush through my hair. Several times I ask them for small/medium sized braids they ignore me every time because they want to get done quickly and give me large fat (uneven and sloppy) braids everytime. They don’t take criticism well either and get mad when you try to correct them.they don’t follow your instructions very well and blatantly ignore your directions, I’m not coming back.
I've gotten my hair braided here more than once. I made certain they don't braid too tightly around my edges. My braids still look good after 2 months & that's without me trying them down nightly. They move pretty quickly and it's one person on your head. I've also seen them do a sew in that turned out nice. They also take down my braids.
I haven't got my hair braided in a while.. I walked in with no appointment and she accommodated me with great service. The ladies was friendly and professional and also provided great work and service.
I’ve been coming to Sasha’s best braids for a few years now and I’m always impressed by her work. She has great customer service, she’s very professional, and she makes sure each customer leaves her shop satisfied.
Sasha best braids salon is a great hair salon to go to. I’ve been getting my hair braided here for years now and do not trust any other salon when it comes to braiding my hair to perfection. Everyone here is very nice and make sure that you leave satisfied and the prices are always reasonable. If you want fast and great service come here!!

Went in for small box braids. My hair is short granted, but if it couldn’t be done why waist my time & yours? Long story short i’ve had my braids for 1 week & 4 days. MANY braids have slipped out from the back, middle, & front. Braids were slipping out just a couple of days after getting them done. I called to try to come in & get my hair either looked at or redone because i paid $250. She proceeded to run me around & when i finally got back to atlanta i called & was told that she would call me back after calling her all week to check & see if i could come on Saturday. She said that was fine & proceeded to tell me that she would call me back after i got in touch with her Saturday. Mind you i don’t stay in atlanta, i drove from Columbus to get my braids looked at. Never heard back from her. It’s unprofessional & a waist of my money. Had an app @ 9 didn’t leave until 8pm. 0 out of 10 i would not recommend simply because they don’t care once. I can’t express how heated I am & disappointed. I would have accepted it better if she just told me she didn’t want to deal with me but she lied & told me that i could come in. Like i said, i never heard back from her. I will not be returning to this shop at all.
They do very well on there hair styles I just call they day before at least show up show my style and it’s perfect I love it ????????
