Went in to grab a few things for my girlfriend. The young lady that helped me actually really helped me. She couldn't have been friendlier, and more sympathetic to the fact that I might as well have been on the moon.
Inventory and customer service severely lacks. Bought a wax stick here and it was broken and of course they don’t do returns or exchanges.

Went to this location based on the reviews after I visited the Spring Valley one for the first time. Clean store and the employees were friendly. Huge with lots of products and seems like they have everything. Lots of wigs and hair for braiding. Also a cute clothing store next door!
I live in El Cajon and will drive to National City. I'm never disappointed, I always find what I need. The staff here are very friendly and courteous. Someone mentioned online store is cheaper, it is if you don't need an item right away.
Meh, you can find cheaper online...like half of what they charge. Watch and follow you like a hawk and I've been there multiple times. You think you get treated better as a frequent customer. Lady at the register is always nice though.
