Jinju messed up my hair. It was so patchy, gray, and orange. She doesn’t know how to color after trying to fix it. She was very rude and acted like she doesn’t know to speak English. Never will recommend going there. $270 wasted and I had to go to another hair salon to fix her mistakes. See pictures for reference
Very disappointed! My hair is too short now and he thin out my hair so much, I have a lot of hair and now I can barely feel it with my hands.Thought Jason did a good job on my friends so I requested him but he did a terrible job on me. I won’t come back! Hope my hair will grow out quickly!
I always have Jinju to take care my hair and she is wonderful. Skillful and friendly. I like the modern layout of the place and they always have lively music. The receptionists are very courteous and always ask if I need anything to drink while I wait.
Super nice staff. Great cuts for my 2 sons. Was able to work them in on a short notice.
I've been using scissorhands for several years now & I will never look back. Called in on & whim & was blessed to have gotten Jenny, she saw my vision & executed it P-E-R-F-E-C-T-L-Y! She always remembers me & always cuts it exactly the same. Never disappoints. Even with the pricing being more than fair! I will forever use Jenny. It's SO hard to find a great hairdresser that connects with you.

I went here to get my growth bleached. I've been getting my hair bleached for years - so I should of said something when the stylist started at the FRONT and with the ROOTS. EVERYONE who knows anything about hair knows that you start at the BACK and with the growth that is away from the scalp. The heat will make the roots lighten faster. Anyways I didn't say anything b/c I thought "hey maybe he has a secret way to do it" b/c he's suppose to be a specialist. Nah. He had to mix MORE bleach to put it on the back after we washed/rinsed out the first process. Guess how long we kept the bleach in for the back... 5 mins. Then he rinsed it out. I'm sorry but this is really a SAD excuse of a hair salon. So after a root touch up that should of only cost $160 ended up costing $300. If anything the second bleach should of been complementary since you didn't know how to bleach hair to begin with.
Suji (수지쌤) is the one I normally go to for my cuts. She is professional, polite and nice on the styler. Highly recommend her, and can say I trust her with my haircuts for any occasions and/or my regular cuts each month. My go-to place for this reason.
Jason was amazing. Reasonable price for excellent permanent curl. I like his incredibly attention to details, will definitely come again. Other staff were also considerate and friendly.
