I went in with brassy roots from an awful home dye job. After full headlights and a root shadow, I STILL have brassy roots, and the ends of my hair are fried off. Now it's a fried mess, and I have no idea what to do with it. Not happy.
I previously wrote a review raving about how great this place is. Well, this last time I went, my chin-length haircut and highlights cost me 200 (before tip)! I have NEVER paid that much in my life. I tried to call numberous times and still haven't had a reply. So bummed ???? Won't be going back.
Brought my sister in law to surprise her for her birthday a cute new hair style , she went in with the picture , and obviously it won’t be exact which is totally fine, but she left with the opposite haircut, and in the middle of the haircut they moved her to wait so a different woman can get her hair dyed , this took about 2.5 hours with her , so we ended up getting up and leaving , with a non finished cut, hair still wet , and very unhappy and left really bummed. Appointment was at 11 we finally left around 130-140
The people were very nice. Me and my mom got our nails done a lady named Kelsy did my mom's and a lady named Heather did mine. I was very unsatisfied with my nails they were very bumpy the shape ws wrong and they weren't filed properly. It seems as if she's still learning very disappointing
Love this place. Great and clean. Sam always does the BEST job. So happy.
Hannah was so nice and gave me a stylish perfect haircut
The worst haircut experience I have received here. My hairstylist her name was Hannah, seems so uninterested and unprofessional that she didn't even care to ask if I was satisfied. On top of that it is too expensive and she charged me 25 just to get a fade. I do not recommend it to anybody.
If you are looking for nails that are sure to please, ask for Savannah. Her hand painted creations are always amazing!
