I had a great experience with Katelyn! She is very talented and I could not be happier with the outcome! I have had quite a few bad experiences (not at this salon) so I was not expecting anything great, but I was mistaken. She did an outstanding job with my hair. It was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend her over and over.

We were promised a hair color that wasn't possible but the stylist Katelyn said she could do it, not until after it was done and unnoticeable did she tell us it would take probably 2 more sessions and we can't do that when it was $250 for me and $320 for my friend! Very unprofessional and she just needed the money to take on her Honeymoon. Maybe because she drank a Red's Apple beer it clouded her head and made her not think clearly!

I had a scheduled haircut appointment for 6pm and by the time 6:10 rolls around I am told it will be another 15min before I can get my haircut. I am then asked if I would want to wait or not. I decline waiting and she doesn't even offer to reschedule me and she did not apologize. I am told if I need a haircut to call back and schedule one. You would think as a first time client they would be a little more professional.
This salon has a very cool decor and vibe, I love coming here. In fact sometimes I arrive a few minutes early to enjoy complimentary wine among other choices. I've been coming to Kristen for almost a year and she is a wonderful stylist and always does a great job. Would recommend coming here!
I had a great experience with Laura! I called last minute to see if they could fit me in and even though they had an opening the time didn’t work for me but the receptionist asked around and CALLED ME BACK to let me know that Laura could fit me in earlier and she was able to do a great job quickly (partial highlight, trim, and style) so I could still make it to my other plans on time! She was very nice and extremely knowledgeable making sure to answer all my questions! I would highly recommend her and this salon!
