I have recently had a really bad experience with a stylist at this salon.
I have been seeing Charlotte Young regularly for about 3 years now. Here recently, there have been issues with her getting my hair to the usual color - Platinum. A few weeks ago I went in for another appointment and we discussed all the yellow streaking and banding that I had been experiencing. We decided to let it process longer, and she did a double toner at the sink. She styled my hair and everything looked great there at the salon, however, as soon as I got home in different lighting, I realized how much yellow was in my hair. So, I messaged her asking what we could do to fix it....radio silence. I have since messaged her 3 times with no reply. I have now had to spend a lot of extra money to go to another salon to have my hair fixed. Not sure what the problem was, and why she didn't bother to message me back, but I was very disappointed.
Have a new friend, she works there is supper professional and she is very talented help me with their advice and I'm sure I want her for now ???? on helping me to get my hair done. Thank you Amber Diaz

Charlotte is amazing! I'm so happy I found her. She makes you feel so comfortable and is talented beyond words! The salon is a cute little place. Everyone is nice and laid back. Go see my girl Charlotte! You will looove her!
I believe it was Charlotte that did my children’s hair! She made my daughter feel so comfortable and gave her so much confidence in her hair! My son was a little crazy but she did everything in her power to make his hair cut perfect even with him running around! Will definitely be back! Such a cute place, love the environment, and the people!
I’ve been coming here for several years now. And Kimmie Barnett takes great care of my hair and however I want to change it up. She does a great job and it also doesn’t break the bank. Everyone here is super nice & they cut all types of hair here. The atmosphere is always great or at least when I’ve been here. I highly recommend it. Not just Kimmie but any of the ladies here are super talented.

I was treated so unfair. Went for a perm. Sat in my chair for 2 hours before I was given the actual perm. Gal was on her zoom group. Owner didn't discount and didn't offer to help. Salon full of ladies and not one offers to assist nor does anything get done about who was doing my hair. Extremely disappointed in this place . I will never recommend them again to anyone.
