Where do I begin. This the best salon I've ever been to in my life. I just moved to this area and made the mistake of going to Salon across the street. Star Nails made me bleed, cry, and damaged my nails. In addition, the quality of the work was terrible at best; uneven texture, different size nails, overall inconsistent. Some locals i know told me it was a huge mistake and to never go anywhere but Natalie's.

I walked into Natalie's after my cut up fingers healed and they took off the bad nails. The salon was very homey feeling. Everyone was chatting and so incredibly sweet. Natalie was able to fit me in the next day and *chef's kiss* the whole experience was more than stellar. I will NEVER EVER EVER go anywhere else EVER AGAIN.

This is the 2nd time I tried Natalie's with dismal results, two different people.

I made an appointment for thin dip manicures for myself and my daughter.

We arrived on time but had to wait roughly 20-30 minutes.

I reiterated when we got there and when they sat me down I wanted a thin dip manicure. They confirmed they could do it each time.

After the 1st layer of dip, which looked good, the lady was trying to apply a second coat but of gel. I interjected I wanted dipped nails, that mixing dip and gel did not last but 2 days the previous time they did that to me.

And, here begins the frustration - why did they sit me with someone who can't do what I asked 3 times to get done? At that point I was stuck. The place was packed. She dipped my nails multiple times, way more than 3, her attempts at filing them were not good. Ended up with lumpy nails, a mix of dip and gel and one hand filed rounded and the other filed squared.

Not once did anyone, including Natalie, who was sitting next to us, ask if we were satisfied with our nails. Natalie did say they guaranteed their work for 10 days as I was going to the register. So she new I was unhappy but did nothing to help.

So folks, they will provide a service you didn't want, in a poor manner, let you pay & leave, then ask you to come back and pay for them to correct it.

Not a place I would go to again!

I LOVED the work they did!! I used to go to a place in Manchester that did just average work. When I walked in the door at Natalie's I was welcomed in. They took the time to fix my acrylic nails that were all messed up from the other salon.( I dont even want to get into that...) And I walked out knowing I found the nail salon I was looking for!! The prices are great. I love it here.

I used to go there and loved this place. I won't ever go back there because one of the male nail technicians is completely rude and embarrassed me in front of everybody when I told him he was rushing thru my nails and hurting me. He didn't even finish my nails, he moved me to a different nail technicians and told me not to come back. Even my husband was so p***** because of the way he treated me, he went back up there and said something to the man.That guy surely apologized then! You shouldn't treat customers that way!

I’ve actually never written a review about any business EVER. However, I’m having a really hard time forgiving this salon after my experience today. A few weeks ago, a male technician JACKED UP my nails for my bachelorette party weekend!! My 11 year old niece could’ve done a better job. So Natalie fixed them before I left. They were perfect and lasted 3 weeks!!! Because of that, I made an appointment for today for NATALIE ONLY at 12:30 only to have a female technician who was not Natalie do my pedicure and manicure despite me mentioning MULTIPLE times that my appointment was supposed to be with Natalie. Long story short, this female technician ALSO did a horrible job. My nails were uneven, the nail polish was almost see through in some areas, and the shape of my nails were absolutely awful. Finally, at 3:49, I left the salon (over 3 hours later!!!!!!!!!!) after Natalie fixed my nails and added the design that I showed the technician at the very beginning when my appointment started. If it weren’t for Natalie, I wouldn’t even give it a second thought to never return to this salon ever again!!! Natalie did such a good job fixing my nails and I love the end product but holy cow… this salon needs some new technicians. I couldn’t even bring myself to tip the technician today and that’s a first for me. I’d love to give this salon another chance but I’m really disappointed today…..

Have had a good experience with Natalie's until my last visit. One of the men did my acrylic nail fill. The acrylic on a couple nails had lifted since my last appointment and while clipping the old acrylic off of my thumbs he ripped up some of my natural nail on the side which led to bleeding on both. Then when filing my pinky, he filed my skin, which made it too bleed. Definitely a painful visit, especially since he never even apologized for being too rough and hurting me. Wish I knew his name so I could warn everyone. Haven't decided if I will go back or not. If I do, I won't let him near me.

Very disappointed with the service I received. I used to go here all the time years ago so I figured I'd try it again. I went to get dip powder on my nails. Instead of dipping into the actual color powder they dip into clear powder and then paint with gel coloring. This process is not actually how dip is performed and now it doesn't look right when looking at the sides of each nail. It looks like spots have been missed painted with how it was done. 9/5: adding today not even two weeks after my nails have been done they are already chipping and peeling off which they said would not happen when they had to paint the gel over the dip. Waste of money.

They usually do a great job without much of a wait, but my pedicures usually chip within a few days and the gel polish is coming off within 1 week.
