I have been going to Sally’s for approximately 5 months now. Cindy does really nice lashes, but her attitude is the worse. The last time I went she was very rude and dismissive. I gave her $30 for my lashes that cost $25. I had to ask for my change. When I did, she started talking in her native language. I WILL NOT tip for rude behavior.
I decided to go back again because as I stated Cindy do nice lashes. Here we go again. Instead of urging, I decided to spend my money elsewhere. Customer Service Skills are essential.
I have been going to Sally's hair and nails for almost a decade. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They have the best staff, and they do great work. If you want the best lashes and eyebrows in the city, ask for Cindy.
Since this was my first time getting a manicure or pedicure, I have nothing to compare them to but I loved the visit
Love this place. The women here are above and beyond. They only offer gel services now due to covid. So because of that the prices are raised, but they are still very much affordable. If you need your eyebrows and lashes done, this is the place to go.
Got my lashes done and every time I get them done here they last a long time. Let's be mindful I wear contacts and I use daily eye drops.I can get at least 3 weeks wear outta these lashes. I only remove them for the purpose of full eye care
Went here for the first time. It was very peaceful and professional. The prices were a little high but they do only use gel nail polish so I'm sure it will last and I'll find out soon. I'll be going back ☺️
I had the person name kim the daughter and she was ok I like how she did my nails n feet nice job first time me gonna there ..I will be gonna back in 2 weeks
The service here is great! Now the waiting time is ridiculous! I waited 1 hour to get my eyebrows done. If you like to wait ????, but if you have bad anxiety ????????♀️????. Good service tho!
