The experience is always positive. The people that work there are fun, friendly, and always ready to help you. They are also diverse and have Spanish speaking staff available for translations. I do a lot of obscure things and sometimes they don't have want I need but for basic home improvement parts and tools they are on top of it. I highly recommend rustic to everybody.
