I love going here so much. I have sensitive nails and I always let the technician know first and she is always gentle. My hands feel so amazing leaving here. The place is clean, the staff are all so friendly and sweet. I bring my 4 year old to get nails done with me and they treat her so well. Pricing is absolutely correct for the value.

Great friendly service. Reasonably, priced but lacking in options that you see at other nail salons. Several areas were lacking in cleanliness, such as the pedicure chair remotes.

Ruby is very inviting and made me feel comfortable immediately. Everyone there was so friendly and I love my nails. Thank you❤

I don't understand all the high rating on here. My appointment started at 10:30am, even though I called 2wks in advance and made an apt for 10am. Then because they were busy the tech rushed through my manicure so fast my head spun! No proper nail trim/filing (had to ask her 4 times to refile nails bc they were so jagged), did not push cuticles back, did not give a hand massage, and used a NOT sanitized cuticle clipper! The instruments being used are NOT sanitized and they are NOT getting new ones out. Also they are not making any clients wash their hands before getting polish done. My first and last time trying this place!

I’ve been visiting Ruby nails for almost two years now, I have my favourites who does my nails as I want it. They long last and looks amazing for 3 weeks. Also ppl complimenting them a lot lately . Miss Kim and miss Mia the best one

I recently moved back to blue Springs and tried ruby’s nails ..more out of convenience than anything close to my house ..the first time we went there. My nails looked OK nothing great they were lifting before I came back.. made a second appointment. I got there early for my appointment and the tech that I requested started on a new client with a full set at the time that I had made the appointment for ..I just left.. while I was waiting, a client came in said she’s been in the week before.. two of her nails popped off, and the others were lifting .. when the client was telling the tech this.. she just kind of laughed and said well let’s fix them .. to be honest the tech and the owner don’t seem to even care… will never be back.

I just wanted to say a BIG thanks to my girl Katie!!! I have never ever been so pleased with a salon. This is my place. They take care of me ask me if I like it. I NEVER walk out of there unhappy. Katie just redid two of my nails only one shown in the pictures. They had started to pop off and I asked her if she could fix it and she said yes. Then filed off half of my nail and basically redid it!!! She is talented and deserves to be noticed for all the hard work she does and amazing art! Again thank you so much girl!!! Will be coming back again. I don’t think I’m going to any other salon.

The appointment felt a little rushed through. When they put my shoe on, they scratched my foot. Aside from those things, the girls are happy and enjoy doing what they are doing. I did update this review, because they did put so much effort into making it up to me. I got a normal manicure done without gel, so it didn't last as long as I would have liked.
