I love Ruby Nails & Spa! I can't say enough great things about this place. When you walk in, you aren't hit with that strong overpowering nail salon smell. It's clean, quaint, and nice. The massage chairs are great and they play movies on the TV. The ladies do a wonderful job. I get the dip because I love having my real nail underneath and not acrylic. It's about $75 if you pay cash for both a regular pedicure and dip! They do a fantastic job. If you are deciding where to go, definitely go to Ruby Nails & Spa! For those stating they were busy, yes they do get busy as every nail place does, but I always make my appointments early on the weekend and not a single soul is in here. Truly just depends on when you go and especially if its a holiday! Every place will be busy.
i’ve always struggled to find a nail shop that makes me feel comfortable until i visited ruby’s nails. I have only been going once a month since February 2022 and getting my nails done by tom. every set of nails i have gotten i have loved so far and the only downside is i wish i had a few more options for colors and they had more of a variety of sizes for nail gems the smallest ones i’ve seen are kind of big compared to the size of nails and take up a lot of room when you want something small and classy. other than that i really like this place and would recommend and they also give me discounts of 15% total when i bring in my school ID and pay in cash.
Here for the honesty. On and off client of rubys and after today I have to say I am back in again! It’s been a while since I’ve been, but needed a last minute dip set and pedicure for some broken nails and I called up to see what the chances were. Pleasantly surprised to hear a friendly voice on the other end, they were able to get me right in. I was the only person in the salon and felt very pampered. Plenty of options for matching dip/regular polishes although they do warn you sometimes the tones are off just a bit, luckily mine look the same but honestly wouldn’t have minded if they were just a little different. The massage chairs are really great here and I enjoyed the quiet time just watching a movie. I appreciated being asked before completing any extra service and giving me options for tips, shapes, colors, pedicure style, etc. Very detailed job on my toes with my ingrown nails and happy she trimmed and reshaped my fingernails as a had a few broken ones. Thank you for being so detailed, friendly, and gentle!
Another update for those who haven’t been in a while, it seems brighter and more open than before. The sofa cover was replaced, no strong chemical smells, same quality products. I believe they still do the discount for cash payment, but didn’t push me to pay in cash. Very happy and will be back!
The girl who did my nails was great! She went above and beyond to make sure it was a color I liked and I really enjoyed my service with her! But the same day I got my nails done, I noticed that the top coating was peeling off and the paint was peeling off. I called this morning to see if I could come in at 6:30 since I get out of work at 6 and was told no. It’s an inconvenience that they want me to leave work early to go there early so they don’t have to stay past 7. We wouldn’t even be here if their products were good and reliable. Needless to say, the customer service was very unprofessional when letting them know I had an issue. I won’t be back.
Went for a gel pedicure, she cut open my cuticle & the gel was way overpriced (acrylics in pic done at a diff shop)
Love Ruby! They do such a great job I drive 25 mins just for this salon. Just got my Easter Egg colored gel nails and I'm obsessed ???? they're so pretty and exactly what I was looking for! Plus the gel from here lasts forever. They play movies for entertainment and the atmosphere is relaxing. Equipment clean and staff friendly. Love it!
Joe was great. We had wonderful conversation and my nails looked amazing when he was done. Couldn't be happier. Never had dip before and now I won't do anything else.
Fantastic Service! Very helpful and upfront with you about pricing. Sina did a wonderful job on my 10yr old daughter. Will be back and I recommend checking the place out.
