I was displeased with Julies service here. My nails in the end came out decent but the quality of the service was out right terrible. It was honestly the second worst experience I’ve had ever getting acrylic nails. Also, she did overcharge me for a non-quality job. I got acrylic nails with gel and a mini French tip. at first Julie recommended they would look better if I got the dip powder, I asked her if it was a different price than gel and she didn’t know but also didn’t find out for me so I decided to stick with gel. In the end, the paint job was so stripy and sparse, she offered to put sparkles over it so it wouldn’t show that bad. I also had to keep telling her that the led light was not on. Once I finished I realized, I have brown gel paint all over my hands and when I got into my car, I realized it was on my face as well. She let me walk out with gel paint on my face. The service was rushed, rough, and not relaxing at all. I wish I would have gotten a percentage off because she could tell I was not pleased. I didn’t bother to fight for it since I don’t want to cause a scene and instead will book with another nail tech in the salon. I’m so disappointed because a friend recommended me here and I really wanted to have a great experience but it turned out to be bad. ????
Fantastic with dip, gel or acrylic. I only go to Ruby to get my nails done. I love that they have a point system that gives discounts once you have enough points. They are great at making designs, matte, French nails anything with a picture to reference! Not to mention my nails last all month - if not longer on acrylic and dip.
Best spot in town! Everyone there is fabulous, I swear by Danny. If you need to get your nails done, pop on over to Ruby Nails; always greeted with smile, they remember you and your preferences, great atmosphere and so relaxing. Don’t forget to ask for their Mamosas ???? 10/10
Oh my goodness! I’m so happy to have gotten my nails s done here! My nail technician Livy was so amazing. She was gentle, patient, and so sweet. She pampered me like royalty and helped me relax from a highly exhausting day. Thank you so much Ms. Livy, and I look forward to continuing service through you from here on out!!
I waited until my second visit before giving this review. I was unbelievably impressed with the job TRACY did. She did both my feet with gel and dipped my nails. She is now my go-to person. Also they have a no fee ATM.
Visited for the first time and was very pleased with Dany and the services. Love the cleanliness of the store and atmosphere was great. I will be returning. Loved my nails. I never had dip but I love it.
I did my pedicure and manicure with Shellac Gel Nail polish... today there was a discount of 30% on all your services. It was really to have their service. Neat and clean service and satisfied our needs... good thing is their interior and their complement of fruits and drink...
