A bit on the pricier side. I called and was told they had a nail technician who was familiar with what I wanted done. I get SNS with ombré that uses sponge and gel polish technique. When I came they said they don’t do it. I got ombré effect with acrylic which looks nice but not stunning like what I am
Used to. I got the pedicure but they did not get my calluses even though I requested callus remover. Tech was nice and sweet. Clean place with tons of polish options. Good quality.
I went in to get a dip SNS manicure on a Wednesday & it looked like this by Friday
Incredibly disappointing & will never go back & I highly recommend no one else does either

Came to Pennsylvania for a weekend visit and decided to go to ruby nails with my cousin. The service is terrible. I understand and respect everyone that has an appointment. But the walkin customer are not treated fairly especially when you are black. Some of the techs don't want to handle the black customers so they would hand pick the other race that they feel comfortable with. Not respecting that you were there 1st.
I loved my nails the first time chloe did it but the second time i made an appointment i went to call and confirm they said they had to cancel because of emergency.. they asked if i can come in now but i couldnt.. thinking bk im thinking so u can rush me rush my manicure that i scheduled two weeks ago... when i wanted reschedule they were not accomdating .. so i said that messed up u lost a customer and i will go bk to la vita nails or the one by best buy!!! Never again!!! Not the first time they screwed me smh
Ly is so nice and does such a great job! You can really tell she loves what she does, she engages with her customers to make them feel welcomed and takes her time on her work! The rest of the staff also creates a very pleasant atmosphere! Highly recommend this spa for quality service and great customer service!
So they do amazing work. Ly is really great at designs and shaping the nail. Ive also had my nails done by the guy who works there. He really pays attention to detail and is very sweet. The whole staff is very nice and the place is clean. The only bad part is you will wait 30 mins even if you have an appointment. They also charge extra if you use your card so bring cash.
My friend and I got gel manicures. Hers was a bit rushed but mine looks fabulous. They were able to take us right away and there was a last minute appt for both of us. I was just a bit disappointed because I saw a stamp rewards card to get a discount after you buy a certain amount of services. I asked for a stamp and they said they don’t use that reward system anymore. If they don’t use it, then don’t display it. Also thought there would have been an ESU/student discount since every other nail salon does it around this area.
They did a BEAUTIFUL job. Always professional, clean,and kind as can be. I'm never dissatisfied with their service. They always make my visions come true. And there's SOOOO many color and design options!!
