DO NOT GO!! the service, is horrible. they go out of their way to make you pay more…. i asked for a fill in where the OWNER took my nails off. they would not do what i wanted. my nails look nothing like what i asked for. it took 3 hours to even start my nails. this has happened the last 3-4 times that i have came.

I started out getting my nails and pedicures done at this location. One day I decided to add on eyelash extensions and I have been going back ever since. Can’t really beat the prices and the fact that the extensions last for two weeks! She gets it done quickly and professionally!

The exact opposite of a relaxing experience. The staff talked loudly to one another and ignored customers. The girl who did my manicure was very distracted. I actually had to go back the next day and get my nails corrected as she apparently forgot to put the gloss coat on several nails in one hand.

I’ve came here and the same thing has happened twice. I went in with my friends and they had me waiting for over an hour before they had even started doing my nails and get this we even made an appointment. I was waiting so long that I had to leave because I had to go to another appointment. It’s ridiculous. My friends were here for 3 hours before they were done with their nails. I do not recommend!!!!!

I am very happy with my pedicure . Not sure if I’d use them for anything else though.

I have been going to this place for 3 years. They are not very clean but,will clean the area you are in if you ask them. Today I went in there and,the lady I use is on vacation so,they had Sarah do my pedicure(Butcher Job) telling me that she could do what my regular lady can do. They were very I distant on Sarah doing it. I said ok and,to make a long story short 3 hours later I was still in the chair asking her to do what I came there for. She would clip my nails a little then clip the skin a little then push the cuticles a little. This went on for an hour and,a half before she ever did the leg massage that she did for about 15 minutes. She then tried to remove an ingrown nail and,buthered my toes. She clearly had no clue what she was doing. I talked to Stephen the owner and,he tried to explain the pedicure process like he was the only one that knows anything about it. I told him I felt like I paid for a service that I didn't get. He replied with "well she tried her best) and left it at that. Royals Nails in Flowery Branch don't care about customer service. It is all about money to them. I will never go back and,wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. The rating should actually be a -5. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

My wife has been coming here for years and she really likes their service. Her nails always look great when she comes here.

Love this place. Linda and Cindy always do an amazing job.
