My fingers were bleeding my entire appointment because my nail tech was rushing and kept cutting my fingers. She didn’t apologize and didn’t stop to clean the blood. This is very concerning as this goes against state board regulations. I brought it to her attention multiple times that she was hurting me and that my fingers were bleeding but she didn’t seem like she cared at all. My nails look nice but this was the most painful full set I’ve ever had in my entire life.
I’m am very pleased with the service I received!!! The lady did an amazing job on my nails and was very friendly and helpful!! She did my nails exactly how I pictured. The other lady that did my pedicure did a great job too and was really nice!!! As I looked around I noticed that all the technicians we well engaged with their clients!! Great service is worth paying for and I will be back!!!!

This is the 3+ time I schedule an appointment and it’s over 20min behind. I even call to make sure it’s good before heading in. but they do a good job.
The last 2 times I’ve gone the girl that does my nails hasn’t been polite at all . The first time I was charged 30 for a really short set and today I was charged 30$ again for a fill with a French tip . Keep in mind my nails are very short . My nails weren’t buffed enough n now look rough n bubbly n my French tip isn’t even straight on some nails . I feel like she over charged me on purpose not sure her name it’s Ha or Hai I was hoping I didn’t get her again today but that’s the luck .
Good customer service, but long wait time. Seems like the nail techs pick & choose who they want to service. I don't like how the young gentleman that did my pedicure told me how much to tip him. As a customer you tip how much you can give not what your told to give. I won't ever come back here again
It would be nice if my manicure and pedicure matched, but they’re 2 different shades of blue and it didn’t seem to matter to them at all. I asked for a basic pedicure with callous removal and she didn’t do the callous removal. Also, the quality of the manicure isn’t great.
Megan did my nails today, she was great.. very sweet and she did the exact design I showed her the picture of. She’s awesome
