This place was wonderful! I didn't have to wait for them, the prices are very reasonable, and the nail techs are very kind. I got a mani pedi with gel on my finger nails, and they came out looking beautiful! The pedicure massage chairs feel amazing and it was all very professional I love this place so much.
I just went in today to get my nails done and they made them look so bad. They are not the right length, the polished looks super splotchy, the nails are all really bad textured and not smooth like usual. As soon as I got out of the salon I cried about them. I would not recommend going here.

I had the pleasure of meeting Danny in the first month he bought Royal Nails and his customer service was impeccable. I’ve been to plenty of other nail salons in Bend in the 11 years I’ve lived here and none of them came close to how well he treated me and my boyfriend. He’s professional, he’s clean, he’s organized, he’s super personable, got a great sense of humor, very gentle, and his years of experience will show in the final product of whatever you get. During my visit the company phone never rang for longer than like 5 seconds before someone picked up, they’re very responsive so booking my next appt should be really easy! *wink wink* Danny is great at starting conversation bringing up topics like what you do for work, are you a local, how long have you been dating your partner, etc etc. He makes the entire experience very enjoyable.
I got a full set of acrylic nails (turquoise and cow print because yes) and they turned out so pretty, exactly what I asked for and while doing the spots on the cow print nails he even offered to let my boyfriend try out the technique he was doing so he was involved too! Men! Going to the salon will be so much more fun when her artist lets you paint on her nails too haha!
Overall, the location is super clean with a pretty atmosphere and kind staff. I had a really nice manicure while my boyfriend got to enjoy a pedicure, it won’t be long before we’re back so please don’t ask for Danny cause I’m gonna book him every time!
I didn’t get to spend any time with other staff but everybody seemed very approachable and friendly, it didn’t look like anyone was having a bad time. They’ll all take care of you here, and they might just give you some discounts too!
Best nail salon experience I have ever had! I took my sister here for her birthday and we both got exactly what we wanted! The customer service was amazing as well! I will definitely be visiting again!!
This has been my nail place for a year now. Everyone is friendly and inviting. Jordan is my favorite! She is very talented and has a great eye for detail. I always feel very cared for and I enjoy my time with her. Can you ever giggle too much?! We have fun! I always look forward to my services at Royal Nail and Spa. I always leave with beautiful nails!
I cannot recommend Royal Nail & Spa enough! I brought in a photo of what I wanted and Twee went above and beyond to make my nails dazzling! Even prettier than the photo I brought in. Thank you Royal Nail & Spa!!!
This is my favorite nail salon with the whole excellent team. All the technicians are friendly, professional, and passionate with their work. I love the way they could understand how the clients feel and give the best services to clients as much as they can. 5 stars :)
This Nails salon is Under new management so I took my girl friend in to give it a chance when I was in Bend! The owner was very friendly and smile all the time. After all the services was very amazing that impressed me and my gf. Definitely will stop by again if we going down there!
