Words can not describe how much this salon has ruined my hair. Went in to have a one length hair cut, for some reason the front of my hair was cut, one said was blended fine, the other however was just cut in a straight line across rather then being blended into the bottom layer. Not to mention one side is longer than the other. My hair looks ridiculous and the front is so short I can not even cut my hair one length because it is too short. You’d assume being a hair dresser you could do a simple hair cut, clearly I was wrong. I can not go back in time, but I can warn others. Worst salon experience ever. You ruined my hair to the point I can’t do anything other than walk around with this stupid hair cut until my hair grows out and I can actually go to a salon that knows what they are doing and fix it.

Book a "gel infill" to remove a nail design from a previous nail technician. She brought out the acrylic powder and I asked if she had read my booking information as she is bringing another product. She then filled down my nails and left them thin and never added any "gel product", she then told me that she didn't have the "gel product" and proceeded to paint my nails. After my appointment my nails lasted 3 hours as they were breaking. Whenever I get my nails done at this place there is always a problem with not following instructions.
The owner’s daughter is vile and thinks it is ok to shout at customers when their appointment takes too long. Apparently my hair was taking too long to do as I am fussy (not because they did the opposite of what I requested). The crazy lady was aggressive, abusive and vulgar. It was like a scene from a bad movie. I am shocked at the unprovoked rudeness- it was disgusting! I can only imagine how they speak to their staff if that’s how they treat customers. The owner sat on desk listening loudly to her WhatsApp forwards throughout the appointment and seemed too scared to talk to her daughter. If you have a shred of respect for yourself do not come here! They haven’t ever coloured my hair luckily and are not my regular hairdresser. Needless to say my friends and I will never set foot in such an unprofessional ‘establishment’. I hope the anger issues are resolved for the individual involved.
This is a very professional hairdresser they look after their customers with great attention to detail ensuring you always walk away satisfied. The quality of work is consistently executed to a high standard.
I have had different treatments here from hair colours and cuts to facials and been very pleased with the results every time.

I've been coming here for a while and has done a ton of treatments and I must say, I always have a great time. I brought my kids to this salon as well, that's how confident I am to all of the staff. The owner Mariam and her daughter are so accomodating and very professional. I will keep on coming here for my future treatments, that I know for sure.
I've been coming to Royal Hair and Beauty for face threading and hair colour for just under a year now and I couldn't recommend this place enough! Everyone is lovely and welcoming, and I love how attentive they are. I've had full face threading and hair colour (balayage) and waxing and I wouldn't go anywhere else for these services! Great team, great service and a very happy customer :-)
extremely happy with the staff and service. very clean environment and has parking space. their prices are very good. I will definitely be coming back for my hair cuts and colour. I also do my nails here which I'm very happy about. RECOMMEND!!!!!
