Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Went there with a friend and we are amateurs when getting our nails done. Our third time actually lol went in super hyped because of the great reviews online. We walked in and we were barely greeted. We were asked what we wanted and shown to our spot. I got the gel manicure and it was uneven, sloppy, and still wet when I walked out. My person wasn't very helpful either. I asked if I could get my nails cleaned beforehand and she gave me a look like "hell no." Next to me my friend was having the hardest time explaining to the woman what type of nail polish they wanted. Their nails came out rough, wet, greasy, and uneven. We left feeling like the last place we went to was 10x better. I will not be going back
Terrible service. My apt was at 12 and then they texted me last minute to tell me they are changing it to 12:15pm. Okay fine. But then the lady doing my pedicure spent half the time texting and eyes glued to phone. You’re doing a job, so do it or find another place to work!!
Recently my mother in law visited this establishment. She wanted a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. While services She asked for came out well, the service was less than satisfactory. Their customer service skills need work, they were very rude and said unnecessary side comments. It felt very uncomfortable for her because of some commentary the woman that did her nails and someone else that seemed to be in charge. The workers in this salon were talking bad about each other in front of customers (in Spanish, which She understood and is fluent) This was her first time here and surely her last.
I've been coming here for about a year now and I love it! All the nail techs are nice and welcoming. Rossy's is clean and comfy. Prices are very reasonable compared to many places in the surrounding area. And they also follow Covid protocols, which is important now and days. Give them a try, you won't regret it!!
This is usually my favorite nail place around this area. I’ve never really had an issue with the way they do nails but for some reason this time I was just disappointed. They applied them incorrectly so they look like they’re lifting upwards. I had acrylic all around my nails that I had to scrape off my skin. She didn’t buzz underneath my nails so there’s just random lumps of acrylic underneath. The design itself came out nice but I can’t focus on it when all of the nails are pointed upwards. So I guess the place can be a hit or miss depending on who’s doing it. If you’re willing to take a chance and spend your $ come here.
Horrible. Rude, dirty, unprofessional. You get what you pay for. I was barely acknowledged when I walked in. Went in for SNS. When it was time to choose my color they gave me a choice of about 20 colors to pick from. None of which I liked. They told me SNS powder wasn't popular so they didn't keep a lot of colors. Since I didn't like any of the choices I was forced to put acrylic on my natural nails and then do a gel polish over that. My nail tech was very rough and unfriendly. She cut my cuticle and didn’t wipe down the nippers afterwards! She just put them in with her supplies to use on someone else! No hand massage at the end of the manicure either. My pedicure was less than ideal. Cost me $80 and I didn't even get a thank you from anyone in there. When I got home I noticed my feet were like sandpaper. Whatever they used to scrub made my feet rough! Not the results you want to have after a "spa" pedicure. Fast forward 5 days and these acrylics are popping off my nails. I went to another salon to have them all properly removed and I was informed they used MMA! This is a cheap acrylic and is banned in the US! I wish I could get my $80 back. It is a lot of money spent for garbage.
I've been going to Rossy's for about a year now. I cannot express how much I love this place! My nails ALWAYS come out great & I always get compliments on how beautiful they look. The service is great and the nail techs are AMAZING! I always go to Daiana (She is FANTASTIC!). I've read a few reviews about people not being taken in at their scheduled time, well let me say this; the girls take their time to get your nails looking the way the should be (AMAZING) you cannot rush perfection!! They are always busy and there is a reason for that! Keep it up girls!!
I've been a customer for 5 years, and Diana does my nails usually. They are great at what they do, and the place has great music too. On a personal note: 3 years ago, my best girlfriend was in hospice & she kept saying to me "I just wanted a manicure to look nice". A few days later, I was telling Rossy about what my friend said..... & Rossy offered to drive down to Brooklyn to the hospice (on her day off) to do my friends nails. What a BEAUTIFUL gesture! She will have me as a customer for LIFE. These are a great group of ladies and I love them!! Cynthia
