The employees seemed nice, but they rushed my full set and even hurt me a little with the drill. I got white nails and the polish was everywhere on my hands. The bathroom had no soap, they have good prices but our experience was not the best.

I did a full set on Thursday afternoon and today is Sunday my nails already broke , I will not recommend this place .

So I been going here for a while and got my nails done they were amazing

Wonderful fabulous. Finally I got my pedicure done after 3 months due to COVID-19. Polin is super making us feel fabulously.

I WAS a loyal customer since they opened. My only problem with them is the way they made appointments. If I make an appointment for 930 I EXPECT to be seen no later than 935. I can understand if the nail tech runs behind once in a while but to double book appointments and then try and rush is unacceptable for me. I left them in October and haven't been back. I'm at another place now and their service is on point and ON TIME.

If I could give less than one star I would. They are a rip-off. They overcharged me almost $30. As well as they did not do a complete job. My nails are falling off within 3 days. And they did not cut my cuticles, or give me a hand massage to soften my skin. They were Rush rush.

Unfortunately that is not the worst part of the review I have. They made a mistake and did not start to do a full set on my aunt, they just started painting her nails. So they charged her for that service end of the one she actually wanted. And even though they were tipped, and pay partially in cash, they still took the extra money out of the credit card after already being paid.

Nail painting is a hit or miss here. The young girls do the best job. The man- not so good. Polish was thick and lumpy!!! Also not enough color selections available to be such a pricey place. I will never go back.

So I just left I arrived there at about 10:35ish and there’s 4 people working however I went there for eyebrows someone got a pedicure, normal procedure is to do the quicker one first, eyebrows take 5-10 minutes normally I wouldn’t mind waiting however they were working extremely slow and they started the pedicure before eyebrows pedicures take 30 minutes or more

Today
