Decided to get my nails done here the day before my wedding. Big mistake. The manicurist tore up my nail beds, drawing blood several times and leaving me scabbed days after. The pedicure tech was a sweet woman, but unfortunately left very messy paint all along my nails, making my overall experience very disappointing.
I would give a 5 star review because I have been here many times for other services and have never had a issue. However I came yesterday Saturday 1/14/23 for SNS and my service started out really good. A lady helped me pick out my color and started letting my nails soak. Then a gentleman came over to do my nails. He did not have a good personality seemed like he really didn't want to do much nails. Just didn't get good vibes from him.
Was rough at times while doing my nails. Today my nails look like they need to be cleaned up/ filled . Look as if there is leftover powder in my nail bed on some of my nails. It's hard to explain. I am not sure if he was just having a bad day or what but he didn't even say anything to me when he was finished he just got up and left to the back of the shop. Would love to keep coming here when needed but I don't want him to ever do my nails again.
Went here with a friend Wednesday (03/31/21) right when they opened. An I shall I will not go back! Definitely will be pressing them to get a refund! $50 for clumpy nails. Not only that but the lady grinded into my skin making me bleed
My favorite salon! I rarely leave upset and if I address something I don’t like they fix it immediately and always makes sure I like them before leaving. Today I had steven for the first time and he did not disappoint! My favorite set I’ve gotten from them yet. They are so kind fun to laugh with and just overall great service. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because sometimes the place can be a bit unclean but honestly the amount of people coming in, I can see where they may be overwhelmed already!
honestly the worst place i’ve been to. the guy doing my nails was on his phone the whole time, on a live. the phone was sitting on the desk and he looked away at least every 30 seconds. he cut my finger and didn’t say anything about it. it was bleeding the whole time and i had to ask myself for a paper towel to wipe the blood off. and he was super rough the whole time. i literally left the nail place about 5 minutes ago and it’s still bleeding. definitely wouldn’t recommend. the photos show him on his phone and that’s my finger that was cut.

Best nail salon in the area! Sometimes on Friday nights and Saturday there is a small wait but nothing major. Worth it bc my SNS are flawless every time.
Love my nails! They also went above and beyond by staying late for me. Definitely going to be a repeated customer!
