I’ve been going here for years, but the techs have changed and service has gone down. I just got a pedi and no-chip and my nails look terrible. The tech never even used nail polish remover to remove my previous color. Just a drill and the neon yellow is still peeking though on the edges of my new polished nails. Also the tech painted on my skin, cuticles and this is going to peel in days. Lumpy, just awful.
HORRIBLE is an understatement. Went here on the recommendation of friends and WORST decision ever. The shoe of the dude doing my manicure kept touching my fresh manicure so I swiveled my feet sideways. He FLUNG the dip powder in my face and walked away because apparently that frustrated him. I’ll be filing a complaint and also do not recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience of my life. I was supposed to relax during getting my nails done, the EXACT opposite. The owner should take their pathetic staff to take and fire such horrible

I love the customer service, the color I pick didn’t like when doing dip power so I request to change, Thank you for doing it, I was very happy with new color I picked. Love the service and I love the work Van did. Thank you!
Andy is my go to guy for dip! He does a great job at listening to my wants/needs and is very friendly. Helen is also a great choice. These 2 can do almost anything you want. Show a picture and they can re-create. I’ve been coming here for years and at first, I did not like the staff as they weren’t friendly but it’s definitely gotten better over the years. ???? worth a try!
Love this place. They do my nails exactly as i hope for and Tony is such an artist and able to do designs so well!
Used to be good. Daughter got acrylic nails as a Christmas present and they didn't cure properly. She went back the next morning to fix one but more nails continued to have the same issue within days. She's back at school so can't get it fixed and they were extremely rude on the phone and refuse to do anything so we will be sure to never use this place again. She used to have good experience here but something has definitely changed.
Terrible experience. I was rushed so the lady could go to her regular person. She didn’t talk with me or ask me what I wanted. She didn’t do a good job, they charged me $10 for cudical oil that wasn’t even applied right. Then I went back to have her fix the nails, she lectured me and told me it was my fault. I am never going back! They didn’t even try and make it right with me. Worst nail experience. When I went to have my dip taken off, I got a fungal infection!! I would be very cautious going here! They aren’t cleaning their instruments!! I am disgusted with this place!!
I went for a Deluxe Pedicure and a Full Set of Acrylics with Gel. They were great. Very happy with service and the work they did. Will be back.
