These are amateurs. They braid horrible. Do not go here for knotless braids. I would give them zero stars.

Ife is my stylist. She braids quickly and neatly. She's not heavy handed, so there was no unnecessary pulling. My knotless braids are so neat! I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend her.

Just left there from getting crochet. Paid $105. Showed her SEVERAL pictures of my hair previously done. Also specifically stated I wanted it FULL in theTOP not FLAT. She made it flat as a pie in the top and puffy as hell in the back. It's dry and frizzy and looks like it's been done a week already and it's not been 20 mintues since i walked out the shop yet! Stay away from this bootleg shop! They are amateurs! HORRIBLE SERVICE! My husband said I shouldn't have paid and should've let them called the Police. I may file a civil suit against the business Monday and make it public.

Wonderful experience called the day before and made an appointment for 3 o’clock. I absolutely love my braids. They were professional, showed me their process, and even made sure to ask throughout was the braiding to tight. I even paid too much and didn’t realize a lady walked all the way outside to my car just to give my money back. Would definitely recommend.

I love, love, love Robins African Hair Braiding shop! Lulu is awesome, she braids my hair fast and neat and for someone as tender headed as I am it's never to tight. They always start on time here and there is no drama and gossip. These are an awesome group of hard working women, that are professional and you know you are in good company.

My first time going today but it won’t be my last! They were very friendly, professional and the environment was extremely comfortable. The shop is nice. My hair looks great and the braids weren’t too tight. I would advise you send a picture of the style you want and of your own hair to get an accurate estimate but they are very good at what they do and taking care of your hair. Very fair and honest. First class work!

4/20/19- update. Went back and service is even better - they always strive to give you what you want. More importantly, they care about the health of your hair. If a style will damage your hair, they won’t do it. They are professional and respect your time. My hair looks great and my braids are never too tight. I have natural hair and my natural hair is always protected. I love Lulu and her staff!
