I was referred by a friend to come here because her nails are always great. Done by Nicole. My experience was definitely not good. My appointment was saturday at 130PM, she didn’t start working on my nails until 3:00PM. When she was finally done, I was in love with them.(picture on the right is from same day). Today is Wednesday and one of my nails it’s already lifted. I paid $115 for nails to look pretty, and last 3 days? I don’t think so. Texted and called the salon, all for the lady to tell me that any day after 5 pm is not good because they’re busy, like are you serious? It’s not like it will take you another 3 hours to fix one nail. With this being said, 0 is this salon for me.
I've been here a couple of times and I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But this is the last time I will be going to their establishment. I got a full set and all my nails started to live and one can clean off like I had a press one now they all would have start coming off just like that like if it was a present one had their pants 60 bucks I would expect better work
Had an appointment today at 9:45 , they were late opening up . I had to use the restroom so I went to Walmart came back at 10am and was giving a pedicure by a person I didn’t make an appointment with . I had called Friday 10/29 and asked for an appointment with William . During my appointment they were having trouble with their power and it was going in and out , no one apologized for it . I wasn’t given an apology for my “spa “ pedicure that wasn’t really a spa. I was charged full price . The jets weren’t working or the massage chair . Just a horrible experience from start to finish . I had gel pedicure which was done great . My full set isn’t shaped properly I asked for square / square some are square round like it’s 1990s . The nail tech was nice and did a good job on my feet that’s why I gave the 3 stars .
We went in to get two sets. They started instantly and did a very good job. If there were any flaws they made sure to fix them. Overall, it’s an awesome nail salon!
One of the male technicians damaged my nail while attempting to removed the acrylic. I repeatedly told him whatever the method he was using was causing me pain. Once I saw my nail bleeding I told him to stop. He didn’t offer an apology instead he told me to go to the only available nail technician. When I sat at her station she offered to spray alcohol on the nail. I told her no so she refused any further service. Bad Service! I never experienced such a horrific service!
I went in today because the salon I normally go to refused to do a design from a picture that I showed them. I found this place on google and the reviews were amazing so I tried it out. My boyfriend and I were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Ann was the tech who did my nails. I showed her the picture and she went to work. The precision and care she took to make sure all my nails were shaped perfectly and all the same length was something that my previous salon lacked. I love my nails and I will be returning!
Nails and toes. 95.00 within 2 days my middle finger nail broke off. By the 3rd the other middle finger is cracked so far down its sore and today my pinky finger is cracked. Never again. Only went there while on vaca from Myrtle Beach no more sorry. Just awful work.
By far the best !!!!!! Nicole is so sweet everyone is friendly!!Her and her husband are too cute! I got my nails done there for the first time almost a month ago and they’re still perfect if you want Instagram nails this is your place to go I can never find anybody to do them the way I like!!!!!!xo melodyxo
