Okay Let’s talk. I Love the nails I got I posted them on photos they have hearts on them. The lady who did them was also so nice and made sure I liked anything she did!! I really enjoyed this visit! I have 1 issue the guy cut my mom MULTIPLE TIMES her thumb was RED I hope this doesn’t happen again or to anyone else.
I would never give them another red cent of my money. I use to come here and get my nails done from time to time. I wanted my lashes done and the guy the one who always flirting got me so freaking mad. I call and ask for the lashe lady and he said why you calling me call Mimi I said I don’t have her number he starts saying her number mad fast and hung up. So I call back and said I’m sorry I’m having a hard time hearing you I didn’t get Mimi’s number he said why you call back. Went on to yell and hung up again. Funny cause when he does my nails he always flirts with me and what not I bet if I went in person he would have a different attitude. This place is struggling already people barley go there now be lucky I wanted to do services there. But never again
I came for a nail retouching, the lady only removed the clear coat from the nails, she didn't file them and on top of that she put new material on a nail that was raised, very bad service, she was rude and complaining because I told her that the tip that she put was longer than my others nails, they don't know how to do things. I would never come back here again,
Very bad customer service. These lady’s are rude and disrespectful. They talk very loud at customers and nasty attitude. I went there first time after scheduled my appointment, and when I got there they made me wait another 1h . They didn’t respect my time. Also, this lady came talking to me so loud. I gave them benefit of doubt and went today again. This lady came off on me just because I asked her how long I will be waiting! She did not give me an answer, but screamed and used disrespectful words towards me. They have no manner at all. Bad experience.
They do not match the nails well and when they realize that they are not well they cut them and leave them sharp.
I have been coming to this place for years to have my eyebrows done and they do an awesome job.
Just do not go to this place . Not professional, tools not clean , and I noticed they never clean the tools after every customer, and I didn’t believe my eyes , I thought may be I was wrong , after I done my acrylic , in 10 days , I felt pain keep getting worse by time in my both small fingers under the acrylic , I was in sever pain yesterday , I kept waking all the night to next day till they their store opened to remove the acrylic , by that time I removed 4 acrylic, and the man there charged me 15$ , and he wanted be sure I am gonna pay in cash even when he started cutting my nails , he left my hand and asking me to go to ATM machine to get the cash first.
I told him in beginning I have severe stress pain in my small fingers , it’s like infectious. He doesn’t care , and keep pulling harshly , I was in pain and the end he left my hand to wash it , and said that’s it we done , I told him that “you didn’t finish it , u cut most of acrylic but u didn’t clean the rest “ he start to talk in different , unclear talks , I didn’t leave till I told him u have to finish your work , he chosed to stop his work than he do it in easy nice way .
Unfortunately this is wasn’t my first experience, first time I had infection in my toes , but I thought may be for any other reason , it’s impossible that happen .

I scheduled a 12:15 appointment with them online because it is near my house. I went there on time. I waited almost 1 hour for them. As I was waiting, two of nail tech started fighting over a customer. When I told them that I made an appointment, the lady told me that she was not even aware they book online appointments. I just left and went to my usual place in Cranston. They provide better service. I will never go there again.
