Made an appointment for 4 pedis and one fill. They were not able to take us at the same time and were rude about it. I had said if you couldn't accommodate all of us then why would you let me make the appointment? But since we didn't have the option to go and be seen elsewhere we stayed. I then had the worst fill I have ever had. My nail tech was rude and on her phone the whole time. Burned 8 out of 10 fingers with the drill, did not shape the nails as I had ask (and made a huge point to discuss with her before she had started the work) did not clean up the dead skin around till I asked. And the overall gel polish was applied very sloppy. Now a day later and it's already chipped.

It was a disappointment to say the least

And not cheap at that.

I would not recommend coming to this nail salon

Had a wonderful time. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The woman who did my pedicure did a fantastic job making my feet smooth. The gentleman who did my acrylic nails was amazing, sized them perfectly and never hurt me. I will definitely be going there again. ☺️????

I had a set of acrylic nails put on with an ombré design. Rhinestones added to the ring fingers. They did a wonderful job. Another client saw them and asked for the same. I will be going back to get a fill in 2 weeks. Very satisfied.

Only 3 people do nails good, everyone else is not as experienced. The 3 people are the owners a husband and wife and then the wife’s sister but baby they pick and choose who to service like everybody money not good. That’s my first issue and secondly if I request to have my nails done by someone specific I deserve just that. Now I’m left with a set that’s fat and not to my liking because I was trustworthy and just let whoever do it since they’re so picky on who and who not to service. I would like my money back but I’m going to take it with a grain of salt and just never go back.

Ari is the best she is truly talented she is extremely detailed when it comes to her design and if your unique like me you will love it here she is the Picasso of nails she creates art and being a poet it’s extremely important to keep a muse her designs are suited to you personally to fit your style I will never go anywhere else ever ????????‍♀️????❤️❤️????????????

AVOID at all costs. I went in to this establishment for a new dip. I explained to the front desk that I had hit my pinky finger and my existing product was lifting and hurt bad. I told him I wanted to soak off and see if there was any damage and then decide what could be done. The lady he put me with did not speak any English, and was extremely rough and aggressive with the nail. It was hurting me.. at this point another nosy, and condescending tech came over and was extremely rude and telling me what they would not do. After telling her that I have been doing nails longer than she’s been alive. I understand what I can and can’t do and didn’t need her input. She then proceeded to tell me that they were going to soak my nails off and asked me to leave that they were not going to perform services.. of course I was extremely livid on how unprofessional this business is. I would’ve expected some compassion and understanding because my nail was hurting., however, all I got was aggressiveness and pain from this establishment. I would never recommend my worst enemy even to step foot in this aggressive establishment.. thankfully I was able to find a more compassionate, more gentle, more professional nail salon around the corner. The gentleman did a fabulous job and he fixed my nail gently.. now I have a beautiful set of nails that I would never have gotten from regal nails. DO BETTER.

Really miss behaved, unprofessional behavior and super rude and un considerate. I wasn't told that I need to keep the rest of the eyelashes even if they were coming off. Not coming back. Please don't waste energy, time and money...
